This game is literally cancer incarnate.
The community is completely atrocious, everyone is either a full-on asshole who purposefully instigates toxicity and tilts the team or some passive-aggressive she-male who plays healers and whines to their team the whole game.
I just recently took a 3-month break from the game, with good reason, and i came back to give it another shot.
Literally the first game i join, the first fucking game i play, i'm greeted with whining cunts telling people what to do, insta-lockers and throwing teammates, and this is at Diamond level and no shit i'll get flame'd for that as well, which further proves just how anti-fun the whole game has become.
Even the new content that has been coming out is just boring and downright fucking terrible, every new character is a mess besides the one that broke the entire game (sand-nigger gilf), both Eichenwald and Moonbase are terrible choke-fests.
I can log onto TF2 and at least have fun, there's tonnes of content, an involved community, although it has had a fall from grace, it is still the same game mechanically, and mechanically it is great.
I've played Overwatch since release, and have finally decided to just uninstall.
Maybe when Blizzard stop shekel-gouging their player-base i'll come back, but that's a long shot

I never understood these threads until I switched servers to America when I played with a friend and now I totally get it. EU is nothing like this, it's just filled with Polish people trying to speak in broken English and only saying like ten words per game.

Then don't play it? Don't know what else to tell you. I agree that a ton of the community is pretty shitty, but there are good players amongst them, you just need to find them. Being an effective communicator is important in any FPS if you're looking to be competitive.
I've had plenty of tight matches on OW, you just can't take a loss well.
