Just get it for pc.
But yeah roms and ISOs have been harder to find, for some reason suddenly they're valid for DMCA claims when they were perfectly legal a couple years back under the loophole that you can get it if you have the game being used as an excuse. Anything Nintendo is a fucking pain.
