No, Seth and Akatsuki left Chaos behind in bottom tier. He's better though. The balance in general is a lot closer, you have to learn what your hard matchups are mostly.

They gave him damage in [st] so he's really strong and one of the better characters in the game. Unless you mean the console update, in which case he got like one new move. Most characters didn't get changed much with the recent update.

I don't know if Yuzu was ever really part of the Night Blade. Seth definitely was since Kuon gave him Eliminator, but Yuzu's family could've left before she was old enough to be considered such. Also Wald was a member before everything went to shit, he just had to betray the Licht Kreis after all. Everything that happened had to be pretty recent now that I think about it, considering how young Seth is.

I didn't like its mechanics and cast nearly as much as Melty Blood. The only thing it has is graphics because MB was a 15 year old doujin game.

Yuzuriha descends from a line that had their roots with the Yato but broke away from their traditions and left on their own. It's why she chats with Seth how she's not bound by the Yato's laws, while Seth not only was given the Eliminators by Kuon but his family line were one of the prime instigators of the group's falling out. Waldstein was originally with Licht Kreis before he met Kuon and then defected, which is why Adelheit made the entire organization female only.

I'm not really sure, I never used him or saw people use him in the first game since he was ass tier. And I haven't played ST yet, but maybe his 6C? Looks like it has a weird hitbox.

We're not exactly sure WHEN Kuon gave Seth his weapon. Linne was mentioned to have at least changed bodies multiple times and Kuon is already immortal so it might have been a while since nothing says Kuon showed up recently to give Seth his knives.

Well, because of the experiments he went through, Kuon's body naturally doesn't age. He became truly immortal later on. You do need a lot of Existence to become a Rebirth, but Existence is theoretically a part of everything, you just can't harvest it in large quantities like you can during the Night.
