Goldeneye was the only one worth a shit the ones I played after under different devs never recaptured the magic.

I'll be that one loner who says Agent Under Fire is my favorite. Nightfire basically had decent guns and Skyrail. Nobody ever played any other map, and unfortunately the bots were dumb as shit. Agent Under Fire had more better-than-average maps, arguably better controls, not-shit bots, a way better grapple hook and jetpack, and even a batshit-crazy campaign with a great over-the-top villain (Bloch, Malprave was lame).

Goldeneye will always have its place as the grandpappy of good console FPS games with damn fine couch-multiplayer, but don't discount The World is Not Enough. That game had some pretty sweet additions like teamplay, bots, and the Sentry, as well as the fantastic exploding ammo crates. Sniping crates from under a bot's feet was so much fun.

Nightfire was GOAT. It's actually one of the rare games I have finished multiple times.

The gadgets were amazing. And the missions too.
