They weren't sure if they could spare the forces as they were fighting on so many fronts and knew a bunch of pricks were probably going to attack their hall too.
The real question is why the priests pitch a shitfest and threaten the paladin that comes to warn them for stepping in their hall.....paladins just welcome the priest into the hall and tell them to not be a giant dick while there

It's not unique, though. Iron Skyreaver was the only rylak mount in the game for a while. They just released a bunch of flashy mounts, and wacky animations aren't new either.

XIV is absolutely indefensible because everything is instanced. It's not a real MMO, so don't even fucking bother trying to assert that more characters in city instances means anything.

I started a new character, a rogue and saw that rogues dont get sprint until around lvl 40. what the fuck? that is awful.
playing a rogue in current wow makes me feel like a uselss npc compared to my mage. I joiend battlegrounds and priests kill me about as easily as random npcs as well where as rogues dont do enough damage to be a threat to anyone. I literally hit my 5 combo point eviscerates for lower than a priests dot. Thats how bad it is. the whole game is whack at the lower lvls.
Wow used to be "fun" at all stages of the game but now the only thing blizzard even cares about is the last 10 levels.

Not worth paying a sub for. i would rather play a private server to gte my wow fix.

its worse now than i ever remember it being. I doubt there are more unbalanced bgs in any mmo ever made. Blizzard obviously doesnt care about balance for things earlier than the current expansion. Player power for a lvl 15 character is at about what it used to be in vanilla at around lvl 50 but mob strength hasnt increased to compensate. It is boring and stupid and needs to be fixed before i will take arguments about the amount of content in wow seriously. its a fucking joke right now

XIV plays in the same league as tera, no need to compare it to WoW. If you want a small, tight-knitted community you will like the former, if you're more into mass WoW is better.

You will level past the expansion in one zone so you dont really get any feel for the story.

That's only true if you use heirlooms and the 20% exp pot. Since they reduce the exp requirement by 20% whenever the next expansion is released you'll still hit 100 before you're finished with all the zones, but it's not as drastic as hitting 100 from shadowmoon valley only.
