Yikes, brah!

i guess my GTAV you mean GTAO, right?

That is quite the interesting 3x3. Too interesting to be weak bait, but too obvious to be strong bait.

sure

yeah dude I play video games lmao

This is fake, no human being could actually have taste this awful

This has to be the most generic 3x3 I have ever seen.

b8/8
5/5(especially Yume Nikki and SH1)
5/5

I wanted to start the thread without my actual 3x3

2/5
+GTAV, pubg
-cs, overwatch, hardline
4/4 wind waker, rune factory, HR, halo
what the fuck is this why is there an overlay
but 4/4, titanfall 2, terraria, peace walker, and dota
1/1 bato

gr8/8

5/5
+Rune Factory, Wind Waker, ODST, STALKER, DXHR
I enjoyed Rune Factory, but I'm not sure if I'd consider it top 10 material or anything. Deus Ex and Stalker are incredible tho.

6/8
+Nier, Persona 3, Dragon's Dogma, Dead Space, Peace Walker, Terraria
-DOTA2, Titanfall
Also, P3P is way worse than FES, senpai, and Peace Walker is dope, but it's not on the same level as 2 or 3. If I could take more points away for DOTA 2, I would. I hate that game.

5/5
+Bloodborne, MGS2, Nocturne, Nier, Bayonetta
Good choices overall. I really have to play DMC and Yakuza someday.

5/6
+Rimworld, FTL, Necrodancer, Wind Waker, Monster Hunter
-Titanfall 2

More like 4x3 or 3x4.

this image actually makes me so angry

I can't tell if this is b8 or just really strange taste

1/2 (+GTAV, -Ghosts)
2/2 (WW, ODST)
Are the new Deus Ex games as good as the original?
+Everything but Yakuza and EO neither of which I've played but I would like to try EO since it looks similar to Strange Journey.
2/2 (WW and Doom)
Need to play Hollow Knight.
5/6 (+P5, Nier, MGS3, FFX, NV, -ME)
I should probably try and go back to ME, I just remember the inventory and Mako sections driving me nuts.

>I should probably try and go back to ME, I just remember the inventory and Mako sections driving me nuts.
Yeah, some parts of the game can be rough around the edges, but the world, characters, plot and atmosphere make up for it in spades IMO.

you're kind of a retarded garbage can of a human being, aren't you

fucking 8 shooters in a 3x3... lol

seriously, your iq is below 90 isnt it?

Nah user it's my honest favorite games. I really had great time playing them despite their noticeable flaws.

>Are the new Deus Ex games as good as the original?
Can't speak for Mankind but there are aspects of HR that I like more. Augs and abilities actually feel useful and combat has become more viable. It doesn't really compare on level design compared to the original though and the story is a lot weaker.

Yeah sounds like Morrowind, I love the game but some aspects of it are kind of rough but what it does right it does really right.
Are the levels still built with multiple paths catering to different play styles? The thing I loved about Deus Ex and really all those LGS and Ion Storm games was how it felt like it was impossible to come to a dead end the way the levels were designed.
I recently replayed Deus Ex and discovered so many new things on different levels.

>Are the levels still built with multiple paths catering to different play styles?
Yes

(You)

Have you not seen the guy who has The Order: 1886 and Lords of the Fallen in his?

Best Fallout.

Opposing force was the only one I havent played, just passed the tutorial, what am I in for if I've played base game and blue shift?

Opposing Force is great desu
getting to lead a squad around is pretty cool and the barnacle grapple is one of my favorite weapons

this year has been incredible to me
top 6 is basically 'what sticks out atm', SOMA was a REALLY good game that I dont see talked about much, and MP3/Burnout3 are just games that really appeal to me.

Just beat Blood & Wine, bumped Breath of the Wild right off the list.
Ha
6/6
6/8 I hate Peace Walker
Points for P3P, tho
5/5 I'm curious about the older Yakuza titles; I only played 5 and 0. Something wrong about those that the earlier ones got right?

Hello, Jesus
6/7
>are the new Deus Ex games as good as the original
No, but they're close, imo. HR is comfy af, and Mankind Divided was 1/3rd of a stellar title.
2/2 I don't have the reflexes for fighting games.
4/4
>Alpha Protocol
>KOTOR II
>DMC 3
Man, user, you're fucking aweso-

8/8 I'm one of those people that liked Uncharted 3 the most in the series.

7/8 I really liked the beginning and end of SOMA, but so much of it was boring to play for me, I can't say I liked it.
>Max Payne 3
Solid choice, but 2 blows it out of the water.

Yakuza poster here, every Yakuza title seems to get a little longer as they've been released. The PS2 ones had a different writer, and in my opinion have a much different tone in the narrative that was really cool, though the later ones are still superb. The trade off is the gameplay of the PS2 games is sort of janky and really aged. 3 and 4 have pretty solid narratives and gameplay, as well. The older ones are pretty short, only about 12 hours but experiencing the entire series narrative is a great experience.

Ah, I see. I can understand that, 0 felt much longer than I initially expected.
Thank you, user, I appreciate the info.

>unironically prefering original Nier over automata
>peace walker
>being a retarded contrarian

Not the poster of the 3x3, but Nier had a much comfier and personal narrative than Automata IMO.

I think Automata is much better than the original Nier, user, but there are a few things the latter did better too (the party especially, imo)

8/8 goat taste, haven't played Bayonetta though it looks like something I'd enjoy

5/5 want to give Soma a run through

7/7 Lost Planet 2 is so underrated

7/8 could never force myself to like Kingdom Hearts

played the Bourne game years ago and it was actually a blast

Honestly, 3 and 2 are at odds as the best Uncharteds to me. So, don't worry I completely understand.

...

9/9
>Ultimate Spider Man
MY NIGGA, you got some good taste yourself. If you like any character action games, I wholeheartedly recommend Bayonetta, or any Platinum game really. I just think Bayo 2 has kickass art design and whatnot.
That's nice of you, user! I see 3 shit on quite a bit, and I think most people consider it a poor follow up to 2, which I can see; I played them all back-to-back this past winter, and I just loved everything in 3, from the desert areas to the plot, which I thought was really quality.
7/7 Pretty good

>Super Mario Bros. 3
>Yoshi's Island

>One per franchise

Same. I especially liked the focus on the four natural elements as focuses for the game's levels (air, water, fire, earth). It added variety to game (even if most of it was escaping from said element).

...

MGR just barely missed the cut soo looks like I might have to break out the Wii U

Fuck, I hadn't even noticed that, lmao.
5/5
Damn solid game, m8. If you haven't played Bayo 1, it's available on the Wii U as well (or on the PC now after half an eternity), and you should probably play it first. The plot in Platinum games is never all that important, but Bayo 2's absolutely relies on its predecessor there.

First Bayo is better.

first off, that's mario world, not 3
second, yoshi's island could be considered a yoshi game and not a mario game and honestly i just did it for the sake of convenience

I know, >runescape, but excluding it feels disingenuous considering it has more playtime than most of the others put together

...

RuneScape was GOAT back in the day.
youtube.com/watch?v=JkR7zClEkAo

How hard is it to get into Mount and Blade?

Not at all, although it will be a slow start first time playing. Becomes GOAT after a couple of hours when you get some mid tier units and a bit of cash behind you.

Would you still recommend getting into it or should I just wait for the new one coming out this year?
