Pretty much comparable to Mass Effect or Bethesda games. You can choose minor variations in dialogue tone sometimes, but everything is basically the same regardless.

The Last of the Unicorns had been raping women on the weekly and couldn't produce a single child. The only non-Tyrant is the King of Kovir, because Kovir is literally a country made up of eccentric wizards, scientists, alchemists, and humanist hippies exiled for not accepting tyrrany.
There was also Anna var Attre who seems okay for a while, but when she's exposed to the peasantry she turns into an absolute cunt. The Nilfgaardian occupants simply look down on the locals and treat them look dirt.

This is false. There are major changes in the story line that happen because of your choices. There's whole scenes and resolutions that you could miss out because of this.

If you have a choice between party A and party B, both of them usually have big drawbacks, stupid people, stupid ideas in them. Just picking one and going with it not to be a fencesitter is childish.
