A crit bonus on a gun made for stealth crits is gonna be pretty good.

You can also get it once you have 80/90 lockpick and a magazine

I don't know, user. NV is probably too complex of a game to have a "Sup Forums plays" run. Simple games like Oregon Trail and Game Dev Tycoon work because there are only a few options for Sup Forums to pick.
