You do go to Steam Support BUT you can literally delete them. No extra actions/bs/tickets required.

I thought you had to send them a list of shit to be removed like did

You select the games individually and say "remove this product from my account/ i don't want to see this anymore"

If it's connected to a package the package gets removed also.
