Lilith's Throne is very similar. The sex scenes are all user-input based, but they get kinda stale at one point. It's very early in development, but there's a ton of potential. I'm keeping tabs on it.

Game seemed really unfinished when I played it and my character got forcibly turned into some weird latex monster so I just kinda dropped it

Use the time you've got with the sword to get all the white magick books from the sand witches or the shrine in the deepwoods. It's more stamina management than the sword requires, but if you grab all the wizard related gear and perks with fatigue reductions it's not that bad. Just make sure to have a low libido so you can actually cast without going into black magick range.

Worse than that is how the combat is like the result of someone's fever dream. You have to carefully manage stamina, balance, erection, equipment and everything and then there are like 12 different stances you can get into that all have their own moves..

this is def a thing. say you have a sex scene where the game accounts for some different body parts for example, if the game allows for snake bodies, horse bodies, tits of all sizes and similar sized dicks and everything else then this sex scene now needs about a hundred different versions accounting for each and every type of body you can have in the game.

even in CoC where the options for actual body transformation are somewhat limited there are still plenty of scenes where your character will do something physically impossible if you have a horse body or whatever.

The main problem between CoC and TiTs is that with the former, updates were usually more transformations, more ways to fuck people and more varied content for various fetishes. That's good.
