Jak 2 and 3 guns are excellent, and the story is fine. Jak 1 has nothing going for it besides the occasional tinge of atmosphere. Running across a flat level to pick up power cells left lying around is pathetically boring. Jak 1 took Crash and put him in an empty sandbox with nothing compelling to do.

Jak and Daxter was good as a collectathon with a nice cast of characters and a cool evolution of what Crash did but it wasn't as good as Jak 2 and 3, I think is correct.

Jak 3 made the bosses way too repetetive and easy and the wasteland was underused but man I'd be lying if some of my favorite times in gaming weren't using the turbo hoverboard to do sick trix on dunes

yes that is 2/3 of what makes a game a GTA clone although it is a silly term in an era where open world is ubiquitious

People should replay Jak 2 and 3 when the PS4 versions are out and there's no pressure sensitive gas/brake. Driving will be so much easier.

Because it fucking destroyed all of the buttons on your controller. It took them two gens to realize pressing a button as hard as you can wears it out.
