Improve your parrying skills so you can punish with cr HP and start your combos. He also has one of the best dashes in the game

get retarded or play a better game
It's ok if you never got good user.
Here's a tierlist by Bonchan, Fuudo, and Haitani for Season 2.5.
You also forgot
>shit game
3s is fucking garbage.
He has really good buttons, what are you talking about.
But to get his good stuff started, you have to land a cr.hp, like said. Also learn your set ups after throws.

user, did you even read the OP?
Also, OP should stop wanting to play nude muscular man and just play Makoto.

Don´t expect to get good with this character soon. Urien is probably the most difficult character in the game because of charge partitioning, sharing that title with Yun and his Genei bullshit and Hugo and the need he has to be a fucking parry oracle. He is still top 6-7 at least, and really doesn´t suffer a lot against the Chun-Li MU.
My game is not shit, your game is shit.
Thanks for the tips guys.
So, i guess i need to practice my parries and be patient with the character. Since apparently he takes time to learn.
What characters can approach zoners without needing to be parry seers?
>Hugo
>Need to be a parry oracle
He's not Q tho?
How you liking the new character so far?
MODS BAN EVERYBODY THAT IS SAYING URIEN NERFS WERE JUSTIFIED. EVERYBODY
He's great, I unironically always wanted to play a gigantic retarded metalhead in a fighting game.
Urien,Makoto,Ken,Akuma, maybe Dudley with EX MGB. But i wouldn't recommend simply throwing meter away just to risk it. Perhaps if you use the rose before hand?
Use his Normal. Cr. MK, st. MP and st. HP are really great tools to keep your enemy on distance. One your Super is full you can play more aggressive.
Yeah, but if you are starting I recommend you Yang, Ryu, Ken or Makoto and to a lesser extent Alex becuase he is prettyy shitty. Urien is still pretty cool and fun to play with/against.

This should help you with parries!
desu idk who is more reliable on parries. But check out YSB or hayao to see what I talk about.
Reminder that ken players are almost always scum.
OP here.
I am a poorfag so i haven't got to play SFV yet. But i plan on doing it soon enough.
Abigail looks nice to me but i didn't really understand his playstyle from the trailer. Is he rushdown, grappler, zoner?
He seems pretty ok, hard to anti-air from far away, though I've only played one Abigail so far, and that was ISDD.
>tfw really want to go back to SFV
>tfw poorfag and don't want to pay for a PS+ subscription until I make more money
I used to play Ken. But i suck with most shotos. I can crossup-target combo-Senpuu Jinrai Kyaku. But that's as far as my skill goes. I can't cr.Mk into QCF+p for the life of me....
I currently play Dudley and i am good with him, but i wanted to play the other characters as well.
It's sfv, everyone is rush down
I don't think everyone is a rushdown character in SFV.
Dhalsim, FANG,Zangief and Birdie don't look like it at least....
Why not just PC?
Zoning with normals just like birdie, but better(?)
I don't have a gaming pc that can run it
He's kinda like Hugo, except with strikes instead of grapples.
