RE4:

Watched a speed-runner do RE4. Their layout:

Village:
>Handgun
>Shotgun
>nades

Castle:
>TMP
>Semi-Auto
>nades
>rocket launcher

Island:
>Striker
>Killer 7
>nades
>Rocket launcher

No upgrades. Sell all weapons once not needed. Whenever they needed heavy lifting, they relied on the nades, semi-auto. RL were for bosses. Handgun and TMP were to stun enemies.

Cool story bro

okay

interesting thing user good for you

shut up nerd

nice now watch a RE5 speedrun and make the same exact thread, we really care.

What was the point of writing this? Sup Forums isn't fucking notepad

...

Every single weapon in Re4 is viable and there is no wrong way to play.

red9 fags get fucked

I'm going to print this post and bury it in my backyard for Ancient alien archeologists to discover millions of years from now

That's nice honey.

It was the opposite of a speed run but I beat this game doing just knife+made combo. Really fun

I really need to play through this again.

You mean future aliens?

I would argue the Blacktail and Red9 are far better and more conventional weapons that don't need to rely on late game upgrades to make them viable like the starter pistol which gets it's headshot modifier at a point where the handgun is largely minimalized as an option and ammo drops start to become rarer for it. I'd also argue the Punisher while viable is too situational to be as good of an option.

Mercenaries is a better fit for certain weapons than the main game.

did you mean to hit "reply" instead of "post"?

Huh....
>strokes beard lowly
Hmm I see...

Is this post accurate?

I've never used the red9 before. Is it any good?

It has the highest damage per round, so for ammo conversation you can not do better. As the game goes on it's power gets pretty insane, the final upgrade puts it at a higher damage than the riot gun does without it's final upgrade.

The riot gun without the golden upgrade does 7.0, the Red9 maxed out does 7.5 which is fucking insane. The stock takes up space but makes it viable for every encounter. Combo it with the bolt action as opposed to the semi rifle and max them both out and you'll have extremely high damage per round. This helps end game as you can hoard shotgun ammo and largely ignore the BB/Killer7.

>punisher is too situational
If there are more than two enemies you're going to get use out of the penetration without even aiming for it, if there are less than three enemies you can easily kill them with the knife alone, and if you use your pistol anyway it's no less effective than any other in that situation.

why are there never naked zombies?
not necessarily sexualized, but like a woman in torn clothes with necroboobs or some shit..

...

it's my favorite

I clearly remember naked zombies in RE0... and maybe RE2

Naked zombies are in RE1 and 2

Thi... This isn't Twitter honey. We don't talk about shit we did here.
