WHEN HEAVENS DIVIDE
WHEN HEAVENS DIVIDE
>tfw fighting Hinds and KGB troops
>suddenly this song starts rocking in BG
so simple. so powerful. always gets me pumped.
PW is greatly underappreciated gem.
It's the real "MGS5" game for me.
CALLING TO THE NIGHT
;_;7
Most underrated theme.
Definitely. It always gives me massive feels.
Peace Walker was such a great game, I wish the bosses weren't bullet sponges and that there were more maps.
Definitely the best Metal Gear game.
I still get teary-eyed when I watch the final cutscene.
i'm glad people like this game, and I'm not the only one.
I bought a PSP for this, and I played through every mission co-op on the 360
Calling to the Night is the theme for PO.
It's in Peace Walker though.

Quiet's Theme/Sins of the Father>Calling to the Night>Way to Fall>Snake Eater>The Best Has Yet to Come>Can't Say Goodbye to Yesterday>Heaven's Divide
>Quiet's Theme
Had this game been merged with MGSV along with some tweaks, it could've easily have been of the best MGS games. Just better graphics, controls and larger areas would've made this game amazing.
man, I put over 300 hours to this game on PS3, and would gladly do it again. Great blast in MP too.
Meanwhile, V took me 120 hours to realize that it's never going anywhere, never going to be finished, and never going to be even half as impressive as its predecessors.
Heaven's Divide=The Best Is Yet to Come>Calling to the Night>Way to Fall>Snake Eater>Quiet's Theme=Can't Say Goodbye to Yesterday>Sins of the Father
The autotune in Sins of the Father kills it for me
Calling to the Night > Snake Eater > The Best Has Yet to Come > Heaven's Divide > Sins of the Father > Way to Fall > Can't Say Goodbye to Yesterday
>fapping to cecile's glorious rack in the model viewer
good times
PO was way underrated and it's characters are miles better than those of MGS4, Peace Walker and MGSV.
>MGS is filled with iconic parts of their games playing their respected themes
>tfw MGSV comes along
>you don't get to hear the true version of Quiet's theme with her voice until the exact moment you realize you've lost her
Really? I think it's the worst canon game in the series (assuming pops isn't canon that was even worse).
Shame Kojima used the J-Pop song for the fight with ZEKE. I played Heavens Divide on loop over the walkman, fight was a lot better.
Old snake was a really good song.
>watching logan
>his theme starts playing
>instantly reminded of old snake's
Jeep ride.
>Pacificia Ocean
>Hot Coldman
bravo kojima
I still don't know what language that song is it. But its great regardless.
I liked old snake so much I learned the beginning on guitar.
I think you're thinking of Love Theme.
>the Man on Fire is literally a man on fire
>Quiet is literally a girl who is quiet
>Skull Face literally looks like he has a skull for his face
Kojima just got lazy as fuck at coming up with names and even giving reason for their names after MGS3.
To this day I find it fascinating how a change of instruments and tempo can change a song.

Oh, yeah I was thinking of that. Both are pretty great.
Peace Walker is one of my favourite MGS games. 1 still takes the cake for me though.
>Not Your Kind of People, Nuclear and Elegia arent even in MGSV
How can one man fuck up so much with one game?
I still don't understand how V was supposed to be PW 2.0, but it was like PW 0.5 instead. PW had an insane number of missions that all had VARIETY. Think of all the cool, varied stuff like the ghost missions. Cool as fuck. Yet MGSV's were all the same shit.
Really? Because I beat PW and there was no real variety and the bosses were probably the worst in the series.
Maybe the variety is in the post game shit that I passed on.
for a psp game is has a lot variety imo
lack of in-game camera really hurt the game for me
>You'll never hold people up with a banana in Afghan outposts
Fuck.
It suffered so much by going so serious. Can you even imagine a Pooyan mission in MGSV?
Peace Day never came
Objectively right
>PO was way underrated
I agree.
>and it's characters are miles better than those of MGS4, Peace Walker and MGSV
Let's not get ahead of ourselves now.
>All the side ops are more disappointing than the ones in PW
>Even the outer ops are somehow more disappointing
What the fuck.
>Elegia
You made me remember that trailer, the game would never be that good ;_;
