BATTLEFIELD

>What went wrong?
EA's acquisition of DICE in 2006
Bad Company and the whole shift from PC to consoles which caused alot of changes that ruined the series
3D spotting, unlimited sprint, tiny maps, focus on rush and other game modes when conquest has been the staple of the series for years etc.. etc..
BF3/4 are a mix of old and new, BF1 had more core gameplay changes to the point it didn't play like a traditional battlefield game

shit, I remember I had tons of fun playing modded BF1942 just with bots as a kid
Sure, the AI was dumb as shit but it was pretty good immersing myself that I'm playing as a german Tiger ace, knocking out shermans and cromwells in Holland or dogfighting over Midway

1943 remastered w/ a pc release when?

Niggers everywhere

>bring back commander mode
>if you bring it to tablets fucking support it for the entire life of the game
>make recon a recon class at heart
>REMOVE on screen info like who you killed and how many special points you got

>killed by that guy who has 40 service starts for the hellreigel

I remember playing BF1942 for endless nights, this game was cash as fuck
The D-day scenario with the bunkers and the ship was excellent

same desu.

Wake Island for MP, Tubrok for SP

should have just never had it in the first place

This tbqh. Operations is dope, cavalry and special classes (tank hunter and flamer etc) are fun as fuck, maps have good variety aesthetically and in terms of layout, behemoths are cool.
If you don't take bf too seriously bf1 is great fun. I just wish there were some more gadgets/guns for some classes like support
