yes, the problem is mechanic because when the stick in a diagonal position (upleft downright) the pointer doesn't reach the last circle and it keeps moving

What of it? Follow their article on thhe support page, and if that doesn't work use th3 contact button. I was in the middle of bumfuck nowhere for some time and my Wii U gamepad got stolen in july I think, so I rang up the NoA support. They would have gladly helped me with my issue if I was able to reach them, but the country I was in didn't have any nintendo support shops or such. If they can still try to offer help to some random loser calling from a thousand miles away from the USA surely they can look at a broken joycon
