What's the first game to have an expansion pack? And by that I mean an expansion pack that required the base game, not standalone like Final Doom.

makes me want to play mechwarrior 2.
pictures makes me want to go and have a smoke. I wonder why?
probably because it's kafkaesque
fuck I want Mission hill and home movies back.
>fall asleep at computer
>wake up
>friend razed my village
>Also find friend sold your character to slavery.
>Don't even realize how much of a bullshit mechanic that is.
>Devote yourself to getting back at him for the next few days instead.
Live action Adult Swim was a mistake.
I'm still mad at how hard they kept pushing Delocated
Delocated was actually one of the few ones that I like along with The Eric Andre Show, Tim and Eric and The Mighty Boosh. I hate everything else like Childrens Hospital and Saul of The Mole Men.
>The year 20XX
>Not using the 720p source for grabs
First I can think of is Xanadu Scenario II.
Holy fuck the eric andre show is in it's own class. Reading about the shit that happens off camera makes me wonder how he hasn't been attacked by one of his guests yet. I also really liked garth merengues dark place that was the first thing i ever saw richard ayoade in
This post would be funnier if you said "no meat touching, ma'am!"
What show is this? I've been looking for the past 10 minutes
I guess
mission hill
I remember Lou Ferrigno was about to kick his in the first season. Plus I really like how the show kinda keeps to the spirit of Space Ghost: Coast 2 Coast.
thanks doc
>shit that happens off camera
Where can I read this?
...
Just Google which episode you want to know about. Most of what you see isn't scripted, he tries very hard to break his guests. He did an interview on hotones that is worth a watch
Doesnt Sonic 3 - Sonic and Knuckles qualify?
Where the FUCK can I see mission hill 720p?
I wanted to like Mission Hill but it came off as contrived
Mission Hill is top tier
You can play Sonic and Knuckles without Sonic 3. He is asking for an expansion that cannot be played unless you have the base game.
Very important question, can only get mildly magnetized VHS quality on Pluto
MDE World Peace was the funniest show I have ever seen.
Give it a few episodes. It's legit one of my favorite shows every, got it on DVD and everything.
Did they ever do a release with the unfucked soundtrack?
Unfortunately. no
FUCK.

Mission Hill was shit.
The theme song was alright though.
What are some games where I can be the grubermeister?

The goddamn bald cap they put over Lupe Fiasco's dreads is one of the funniest fucking things I've ever seen.
Is this the one with the Adult Swim Audio still intact?
Because they had to take songs out of the DVD release.
NTSF:SUV:SD:: Was funny up until they replaced the Blonde With Karen Gillan, shockingly the series ended after that season.
Your Pretty Face is Going to Hell is pretty good.
God that scene legitimately upset me.
Instead of being thankful or at least understanding that he tried, he acts like an asshole over the whole thing instead.
I would have taken the game back and broke it over his head.

I remember getting really high and watching that ET parody episode. For some reason that Power Screech thing near the end really fucked me up and now i'm kind of afraid of Ewoks.
>The Mighty Boosh
Not an AS original; that's why it's good.
its something parents did back then because kids ask for a game and the parents are too stupid to get the correct version
of course nowadays you can just order online or buy from steam
From the Read Me file
>Through much fiddling with DVD and TV sources, here's the complete Mission Hill series,
small enough to not kill your ratio, lookin' clean with all its original music intact. Download and
enjoy!
I loved saul of the mole men though
A quick google search suggests it was Dunjonquest: Upper Reaches of Apshai (1981), an expansion for Dunjeonquest: Temple of Apshai (1979).
Dragon Age Origins was the first game to have DLC in the modern context with Shale. As for Expansion Pack, what about the N64 in general?
That's kind of the point, Andy really does try to have a fun night out with Kevin but he's just an uppity little bitch about everything until they talk and bond and shit
Then the show gets canceled after the next episode and the character growth goes nowhere sadly
Tim & Eric and Check It Out were somewhat worth it, honestly.
Actually, You could download entire games to your systems as early as 1983 with Atari's GameLine service.
As for just extra content, Total Annihilation (1997) was the first to have extra content you could download which they offered for free. Then in 2002, Microsoft created the first DLC you actually had to pay for with Mech Assault.
Dragon Age wasn't the first to have DLC, but it might have been the first to have day-one DLC.
Are you forgetting about Oblivion or am I misinterpreting what you mean by DLC in the modern context?
DLC in the modern content = extra work to the game that instead of being added as base content was charged extra.
Dragon age origins was one of the first games to have day 1 DLC.
Was I thinking the same thing you beautiful basterd.
Except the OP wasn't asking about DLC, he was asking about expansion packs. Expansion packs are considerably older then DA:O.
fun fact, the theme song is just an edit of Italian Leather Sofa by Cake
They still keep making more live action shit and always have those shitty McFarland shows taking up 3 hours of the block.
actually there were a lot of games before that which had DLC they were either more obscure or the flip and too mainstream(at the time) to attack.. Picross, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Resident Evil 5, Phantasy Star Online v.1, and a few others that escape me had day one/zero dlc that had some price tag to it.
