What fighting games are you into, Sup Forums? Any you're looking forward to? Post your mains for whatever you play.
>Guilty Gear - Faust
>Blazblue CF - Es/Hakumen
>Under Night - Linne
>Tekken - King
Fighting games
I dabble in a lot of them but the only ones I honestly enjoy is Mortal Kombat
>Guilty Gear - Jam with Elphelt/Ky sub
>Under Night - Orie
>Melty Blood - C.Hisui/F.Akiha
I play whatever seems interesting at the moment. Currently messing around in KoF and BBCF and I'm liking both of them. Tried Tekken but couldn't get into it. Also really like Soul Calibur and DoA, and play Mahvel and SF with friends occasionally.
>Blazblue - Carl
>GG - Kum/Sin
>BBCF - Bullet
>Kof XIV Nelson, Terry, King
>Uniel - Linne
>Tekken 7 - Steve/Lars
I can't wait for Unist, DBZ, or crosstag.
>Melty Blood
Haven't played it in ages, does it still have a decent following?
>Street Fighter - Bison
>KOF - Mature, Maxima, Andy, Ralf
>BBCF - ?
>GG - Johnny, Jack-O?
Haven't played any fighting game remotely seriously in over a decade, but picked up SFV and it was the first time I ever decided to main, let alone play Bison. After CAPCOM.SYS, I got turned off and have barely touched it since.
Hadn't played GG since X on the PS2, and I wasn't interested in Xrd initially, but the RTS-ish concept behind Jack-O's minion spawns and the return of Johnny has me interested.
I got CentralFiction back during the Steam Sale, first time I've played any BlazBlue, and I'm nowhere near close to choosing a main. Thinking about Bang, Hakumen, Azrael or Kokonoe at the moment. I wanted to try it out because of the Cross Tag Battle reveal and Nine piquing my interest, also it was cheaper than getting Xrd Rev2.
I'm looking forward to DBFZ and CrossTag.
got a template for this?
>BB - Azrael and Valkenhayn
>GG +R - Slayer
>Under Night - Carmine
I don't have a console, so I am waiting patiently for UNIST to hit PC.
It still has a decent one. Steam version is dead though until rollback is finally added read:never so it's pretty much discord matches through CCCaster.
>Guilty Gear - Sin
>SF3/5 - Urien
Really looking forward to DBFZ and the new Arika game, I'm also about to pick up the Jap. version of UNIST and get into that aswell
How can you have played that many fighting games? It seems like quantity over quality. How can you stay good at all of them?
>guilty gear - Axl
>SF5 - Birdie
>Blazblue - Jin
>Tekken - Yoshimitsu
>Yateragasu - Jet
>SF4 - Cody
>KOF14 - Meitokun, Maxim, Kukri
UMVC3's time is over but I still play it with my friend. Team was Nova/Taskmaster/Vergil. Played a bit of Arcana Heart 3 but haven't played it in ages. Started out with Kamui but shifted over to Saki. Blazblue was my 2nd most active and I'm one of those guys who regret reading the Story Mode so I naturally gravitated towards Hazama, Terumi, Susan, Naoto, and Izanami. Picked up KoF XIV with a friend and I'm using Rock, Mai, and Iori
UNI[st] was my most anticipated fighting game in ages and I've been loving it so far. I have like 5 characters I'm playing but Hyde is my main forever
I have this one. I think it's slightly different though.
Most of them I hardly played. However, I did play them, and those were the characters I was drawn to for my short time with each. The ones I played with any amount of investment would be very small.
SF2, Alpha, Tekken 2, GGX, KOF, SFV would be just about the only ones I put real time into.
Currently, the only one I've only just begun investing my time into is Blazblue.
Not the original. But I just remade this from scratch over the last twenty minutes.
>Street Fighter- Makoto
>Guilty Gear- Dizzy
>Skullgirls- Big Band
>Blazblue- Celica.
>Under Night- Yuzuriha
>>King
nice.
>tfw too much of a casual shitter to play King
>Guilty Gear -Slayer/Baiken
>Blazblue - Hibiki/Mai
>UNIEL - Vatista
>Melty Blood - Kohaku
I've been playing Tekken 7 for the past 2 weeks, just slogged my way to green rank. I haven't enjoyed a fighting game this much since I found Blazblue.
>People actually play Light Novel the Fighter
I thought it was supposed to be dead
>Guilty Gear: Venom
>Blazblue: Hibiki (used to be Hakumen but I'm really bad at him)
>UNIEL: Akatsuki
>SF3: Q
>Dead or Alive 5 - Marie Rose
Vampire Savior - Demitri
Samurai Shodown 5S - Suija
BlazBlue - Bullet I hate BlazBlue
Tekken - Leo
UNIB - Akatsuki
Which one are you talking about? Why should it be dead?
The one with the retarded title
Wow, that really narrows it down.
UNIEL - YUMU

Tekken is the only alive 3D fighter
sf5: Zangief
sf4: Akuma

kof: cant rember, was one from team psycho and some other three.
>Tekken - Xiaoyu
>Blood Roar - Jenny
>Soul Calibur - Voldo
>Guilt Gear - Faust
Got my eyes on Punch Planet. Looks pretty neat. Not to flashy, but it has a really cool art style and setting.
>UNIEL - YUMU
What
skull girls: ms fortune
samuraih shodown: blonde ninja guy with blondw hair.
Okay?
This thing
Melty blood - akiha
>Guilty Gear - Venom
>Blazblue - Hakumen/Terumi
>Under Night In-Birth - Merkava
>The Last Blade 2 - Kojiroh
>Samurai Shodown - Yoshitora/Yumeji
Might get the Blazblue crossover game if both Hakumen and Merkava are in it.
>Street Fighter IV/V - Cammy
>Blazblue: Central Fiction: Taokata/(Jubei once 2.0 releases)
Looking to get into more fighting games soon, but juggling two fighters feels like enough.
In order of how much I play the games
>UNIST: Enkidu/Mika
>SFV: Alex
>Tekken 7: Bob
>BBCF: Jin
I used to main Gordie/Hyde in UNIEL, but Enkidu and Mika are more fun.
>Tekken - Kazuya/Heihachi/Devil Jin
>Guilty Gear - Johnny
>Blazblue - Izayoi/Ragna
>Soul Calibur - Hwang/Yun/Assasin/Mina
>Street Fighter - Urien/Chun
>Injustice - Ivy
>KoF - K'/Iori/Geese
>Skullgirls - Eliza/Double/Fukua
Is it supposed to be dead or something?
>Guilty Gear
Want to play baiken, way better at faust
>Blazblue
Lambda, been using her ever since CT when she was Nu
>Tekken
Akuma/Elisa
>Third Strike
Dudley
>SFV
Akuma/Karin
>Soku
Yomu/Sakuya
You literally me
Thought it was an Fotm meme game
>UNIB will never get the appreciation it deserves
Its too good of a fighting game for this world
It's not as known like BB or GG or other well known anime fighters, but it's not some meme game or kusoge. Made by the team who made Melty Blood and [st] is actually the third iteration of the series and is arguably the company's first big attempt to making a "full fledged" fighting game and getting out there. Its inclusion in Cross Tag helps a lot, since it's easily the most unrecognized franchise of the 4.
Personally, I'm not too against a closely knit community
Hopefully it'll get more players because of crosstag
>still no Fate fighting game
A cash cow waiting to be milked.
>Tekken - Asuka (Lili sub)
>Soul Calibur - Seoung Mi-Na (Taki Sub)
>UNIB [st] - Wagner (Linne sub)
>Virtua Fighter - Aoi (Sarah Sub)
>Arcana Heart - Kira
>Blazblue - Mai (Makoto/Bullet sub)
>Guilty Gear - Baiken (Jam sub)
>KOF XIV- Vanessa/Mui Mui/Vice
>Street Fighter - Makoto
Tekken 7, UNIB[st], SC are my most played lately. Gotta love having weeklies to go to.
The fanbase is too casual now, not maximizing profits by only catering to them fighting folk.
Apparently not enough of a cash cow compared to FGO
But there was one on psp
>still no Fate fighting game
What he mean by this?
Ive been waiting for Jubei to get back into BB, but hearing that he's low tier kinda killed my hype.
The execution ceiling in this game, I swear you need to be a heroic spirit yourself.
You mean PS2
Fucking secondaries
He looks so fat
I played some weeb shit with unrimited brade works on psp so fuck you I guess
Well he's not.
Fate Extra barely counts as a fighting game if you're talking about that
Fat cat
>GG -Sol and Sin
>Skullgirls - Filia/Robo fortune
My problem is my fucking internet connection sucks and I don't have any locals near me, so all I do is practice against CPUs or go to training mode in hopes of actually playing someone in the future
Reminder that if you boycott SFV because of the lack of arcade mode/single player modes and not for the multitude of legit reasons you are a blight
>Melee: Marth, Jigglypuff
>Smash 64: Cpt. Falcon
>UMvC3: Chris/Frank West/Haggar
>Skullgirls: Beowulf/Big Band, solo Band to fuck around
>When I had SF5, Balrog
>MvC2 I'm a casual, but Hiryu/Jill/Charlie
I'm wanting to get USF2 on the switch, but if there is a PC release, in getting it. Sorta hype for MvCI and super hyped for Dragon Ball FighterZ
>Skullgirls: Big Band
My jive ass turkey.
blazblue - jin
soulcalibur V - knightmare, kilik
SFV - Karin/Alex but it's boring so I never touch it. CC's are lame.
GG - Tried Answer, Johnny. One of the most boring games I've ever played. Full of so many unnecessary mechanics.Overwhelming to learn and unsatisfying to demonstrate that knowledge. I play ti with my friend who just beats my ass at it and it sucks but hey at least he plays one fighting game.
KOF - Favorite game of this generation. I play Angel/Luong/Ramon. Secretly the best game this gen.
3s - I play nearly everybody but love Dudley, Makoto, and Yang.
Mahvel 3 - Amazing game. Main team is Dante/Haggar/She-hulk.
Jubei never skips leg day. He has to stay in top shape to be able to please Nine.
You'd probably end up liking Blazblue. I disliked GG at first but grew to like it over time.
GG: Fault
Injustice 2: Brianiac
Those are the old modern ones I play I guess. If we go back tho:
MvC2: Strider/Doom/Silver Sam
CvS2: N:Guile, Sagat, Kyosuke
Breaker's: Condor
3rd Strike: Urien
Injustice: Martian
Melty Blood: Kohaku
Jewpuncher: Adler
Was looking forward to MvCI. WAS.
So yeah, nothing on the horizon.

>KoF
Geese/Terry/ my wife Alice
>SF3S

>SF4
Ibuki
>SFV
Shit game Ibuki though
r8 me
GG is just full of stuff that makes me go "Why? Why is this in here? Why does this work this way? It'd be amazing if it was just slightly tweaked".
BB I exclusively swore never to play until Jubei was released. Now he has been so I guess at some point I'll need to. I hope it's more fun than GG was.
Been jumping around for years. If I see a fun looking fighting game I have to hop on and play. Most of this list is from casual play (friends, strangers, fight nights) and I'd say the only game I'm somewhat competent at would be 3S. Been to some tourneys for that but I'll switch to Makoto at times.
The list made me realize there are still some games I need to check out. It's just hard to invest a lot of time in fightan right now.
SF2 - Ryu
SF3 - Makoto
SF4 - Ibuki
SF5 - Cammy/Necalli
Tekken - Dragunov
Dead or Alive - Kasumi/Ayane
BlazBlue - Hakumen
