N:A doesn't really have unlockable costumes in the traditional sense. At least the base game doesn't.

the link i posted is a DLC. it says you need to complete some side quest to get the costume.

You have to beat lvl 80 challenges, so it's post game anyway.

Post-game content, you need to beat post-endgame level trials that come with the DLC.
They're insanely high level, like 90 or something.

Also you don't need to be lv 80 to be the challenges just the characters are lv 80, probably should mention you can auto level in the pit after Adam by turning on easy and letting it go to town. You can effectively complete the DLC at lv 40 also if you aren't total shit at the game.

If you played on an actual difficulty level enemies would be killing you in one hit anyway. It's simple. Just don't get hit. You literally have a button that makes you immune to all damage and you're allowed to press it at literally any time.
