Every year WoW changes major systems, good or bad at least they try to change things up, in FFXIV we're given pathetic excuses such as server limitations or what have you, we finally get an inventory increase and it's so small it's not even worth talking about. It's no wonder people I used to play with quit long before I did.

You seem to be having the same problem as our sam, the gear is fine but they cannot figure out why their damage is so low. With 320 you should definitely be at least blue.

In my case I do know where my dps leaks came from; I remember disengaging the fuck away when the boss hopped to briar tile since I didn't want to risk getting vuln ticks on a tank/healer, and minor leaks during mindjack and spellblade holy stuns. Most importantly, the group of ninja can shoot your dps through the roof. My group burned them fast and my big dick aoe was on cd so I was left out on that.
