When I was underaged and playing Vice City for the first time, I didn't know all the voices were supplied by famous Hollywood actors. Reading later that they were all huge assholes to Rockstar made me a bit sad.

Vice city when compared to any of the other games was a let down. I love the fact that they used ray liotta, because goodfellas is my favorite movie of, but that is where my passion for vice city ends.
It felt smaller than 3, the story wasn't as well done, the gameplay wasn't as refined as in San andreas, there were tons of bugs, the radio stations were a letdown without the talk station. It felt rushed and shitty.
I think the only kind of retard that would consider it the best game in the series is a fedora wearing retard who only listens to vaporwave and the drive soundtrack
