It really made the fact that he succeeded in moving on from his past even more notable because you can see from those voice changes how Florian Cravic is still very much a part of him and sometimes comes out, but through effort, optimism, and acceptance of who he really was, he is ultimately able to suppress that side of him and move forward. I also really liked how there were nuances in his design like his fondness for tracksuits and his eyebrow scar that really cement his connection to Niko, and how even though he was proudly and flamboyantly gay, his behavior and orientation had thematic purpose and was very much appropriate for the setting.
