I haven't ever seen a package that makes the cities actually look like cities and adds in highways, also it looks like the water has depth, in TTD/OpenTTD water is a flat plane and in general the bottom of the map.

Dwarf Fortress is the most autistic game in existence.

That's an understatement. It's much less forgiving than OTTD. Basically transporting raw materials is only way to make money in the beginning if you don't know what you're doing.
