I was thinking of trying Cuphead but heard it was really difficult
What are some Touhou games for PC that aren't very difficult?
I forgot to save all the good memes from last thread, somebody post them pls.
What was the other thread?
Just meming on how bad that one "game journalist" was at cuphead,
Literally called it "dark souls meets mario" when he couldn't even figure out how to get through the tutorial stage for the first 3 minutes.
eosd, pcb, and in
the newer ones are all hard to a fault
webm version
i can't fucking get anywhere in IN
Mountain of Faith is easier for me
...
Subterranean Animism
Can't not hear this while watching it
youtu.be
The new one is really easy
PCB gives you free bombs up the ass
IN has really easy spellcards (except marisa)
DDC is gives you a shitload of lives if you abuse its gimmick properly
fairy wars
LoLK and UFO
This is great
Which shot?
i could at least understand if he fucking failed the jump from the box but what the ufck
I'm sure that retard who played DOOM for Polygon is crying tears of joy that this now exists.
You now realize that that cup is staring at a second straw dangling out of his shorts along the inside of his raised thigh.
i thought the newer ones were the hardest ones though
i remember Imperishable Night wasn't toooo rough. I still suck at it though.
Reminder the tutorial was simply too hard
Fuck man we think games are dumbed down now just wait until kids in the next decade have to deal with the results of these retards.
I feel sorry for the next generation of gaming kids that have to inherent all these shitty problems.
>jpg
nigger the fuck are you doing?
bad opinion man has bad opinion more at 11
>UFO
That game has the most bullshit Stage 4 in the entire series.
>LoLK
Probably the 2nd hardest Touhou game if you play Legacy and even if you don't you'll probably get stuck on Clownpiece your first run.
I thought everyone complained about stage 5
Undertale
The Binding of Isaac.
is this game legit good or just being shilled?
the fanmade ones
it looks good. might not play good.
it reached meme status because some faggot reviewer can't play the tutorial part correctly.
He's an idiot, and the tutorial is already explanatory enough as is, but I'd say that using some sort of collectable to guide the player's movements could serve to better showcase where the player needs to go (for example, placing a line of coins at the spot where you need to air dash to continue).
>joseph anderson did this
oh...oh noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
>That game has the most bullshit Stage 4 in the entire series.
Stage 4 is easy, though, and is probably the best source of lives if you play it right. It almost feels like a breather stage.
>Probably the 2nd hardest Touhou game if you play Legacy
Low level shitpost.
They do, and for good reason. Red glowing bullets on a red background is not ok.
i like the art style so far, just saw some screenies in steam
doesnt look like it feels fluid though
Unpopular opinion but, I doubt I would've done any better. He was using a controller to play an FPS. Still, fuck those guys.
Anyone else bought it?
£14.99 is too good to pass.
why was he using a controller to play an fps
They gave him a console version to review or something like that. Thats what I read at least.
>no steam trading cards
Why?
ok that kinda sounds awful
They often add them after. It take extra ressources.
VA-11 HALL-A
Ten desires is the easiest and most enjoyable tho
Shouldn't you play Metal Slug/Contra if you want to be good at Cuphead?
>that beautiful artwork
>chromatic aberration
he's not wrong, tutorials are for retards who never play games so it makes sense if they teach you how to jump first, dash second and then only do the jump dash
>High jump
>He thinks standing on a box is some sort of special mechanic
How is it possible for someone like this to survive long enough to hold any job?
...
>>Probably the 2nd hardest Touhou game if you play Legacy
He's right
Why do brits always have such shit opinions?
And then the thread gets deleted.
It's already happening.

>Maybe it’s the ascendency of the alt-right, which has its roots in the Gamergate movement in terms of ideology and online mob mentality.
Also noticed this bit:
>and that he was doing an interview at the same time
Didn't he say earlier that he wasn't doing anything else?
>gamergate
Is that really still a thing? Why do these fucks keep talking about it?
It's the bogeyman.
>Bad game design
>"I-it's just like D-Dark Souls!!!!"
Nah, shill.
why would ja not like it?
oh right he has shit opinions too and also doesnt like dark souls. nevermind makes sense now
Anything but accountability.
That article is right though. Nobody here actually gives a fuck about muh video game journalism, people just want to bully someone online because it makes them feel big.

The next generation of kids who play games won't have any complex problem solving or critical thinking skills either unless they are exposed to something that isn't LCD gaming.
It's like feeling sorry for someone who has only ever made or been exposed to food analogies.
HSiF is pretty good and pretty easy though
You can disable it.
No other game in the series forces you to endure a timeout spellcard as early as UFO does. The stage also requires tons of memorization otherwise you're sure to get overwhelmed by bullets.
>Probably the 2nd hardest Touhou game if you play Legacy
>Low level shitpost.
The game is designed to be hard as balls even on Normal because of the whole checkpoint system. Whenever you remove that you're left with a game that's hard as balls. The fact that Clownpiece has TWO timeout spells should tell you all you need to know about the game's difficulty.
>LoLK
>Second hardest
humor me on anything in Touhou being harder than LoLK
>Season Mechanic either makes the game cheese or teaches new players bad habits
>Good
It's too easy for my tastes, but maybe I'm just getting better at Touhou
SA on anything past Normal.
HSiF would probably be up there but the Sub-shot system is just so broken.
No way is SA Lunatic harder than LoLK Lunatic
Clownpiece, PDH, and Junko in general are just way too much
Hi Dean.
Business as usual for the dragon
>soulsbabbies
That might be true, but this still has nothing to do with Gamergate and it's absurd that anyone would even think to link the two.
1. Gamergate is about ethics in game journalism, and so this new discussion, which is about a game journalist not having the skills fitting of his position, is therefore relevant to Gamergate.
2. Gamergate is a harassment campaign against women, and therefore has nothing to do with this.
who the knight guy supposed to be
