What do you think about this game ? I've just finished it, and I enjoyed its story a lot. I dare say it has the best story of all personas and is now my favorite history of all games I played so far, even if the gameplay feels outdated. it becomes more enjoyable after some hours. (Estoma is a bliss) Also the cast is fabulous and the end is especially bittersweet thanks to that, some tears were shed. I didn't miss social Links at all, since after each events, important battles and in every location, you can talk with your party. There really are tons of interesting moment.
I hope Eternal punishment is as great as this game.

I remember that P2 EP was the first game I ever bought with my very first paycheck in high school. I was so fucking stoked when I popped that bonus disc in the PS1 and watched that trailer. Fucking "Michel" going to town on demons was hype af.

The closest thing to a SMT anime we have is Tokyo Revelation which is amazing but it was 20 years ago. The DDS OVA is cool too.

The translation is about what can be expected for the period. Name changes, etc. Voice acting is also as can be expected from the period. Might've changed for the PSP version, I'm not certain.

I think it was mediocre. I didn't really enjoy the progression of the story, i wasn't satisfied with the progression and feel like it was going all over the place, but nothing really good.
I wasn't bothered by the gameplay, i like the fusion spell and discovering them, it's a bit slow but that's tolerable. Dialogue is a bit awkward a lot of time i don't know what the fuck happened at the translation of the PSP or if was in the original.
To make it short it's a 7/10 game, not something that i will remember, as opposite the the real persona game after :)
