Just ignore it, it's Gearbox's shitty idea for a new game. Here, I ripped this from their website, you tell me if it sounds fun:

I meant like mega health and big armours. That screenshot answers like a million of my questions though.

theres a few health pickups on the map for 25hp. no armor or mega health but that might change
