Florin

peacful respites in intense games are the fucking best.
Bramble blast has so much less impact if you haven't played through an hour of pirates and lava swamp ghosts first.
Novigrad
>tfw have w3 sitting around in my steam library for years
>couldn't get past the boring ass first hour so I'll never see novigrad
just do it you fag, it's a 9.9/10 game
...
The Tropical Freeze version is so refreshing.
youtu.be
It plays right after a burning forest, and sets the level on a night time lake.
THEN IT KILLS THE MOOD WITH A FUCKING ROCKETBARREL LEVEL
its one of the best rpgs ever created do it you fucking retard
Too many instruments. This track is good in concept but is executed like hot garbage.
I had two in BotW.
The shrine behind the waterfall underneath the ruins in Breath of the Wild, and the Hylia statue on that lone peninsula in the wild northeast of the map in Akkala.
Of course, that one's no longer a personal hideout due to the plotline of building Tarrey Town around it, but then it becomes comfy for a different reason.
something about these posts feels... off...
How does it have too many instruments? It's just a more realistic adaptation of the DKC2 one.
The screechy panflute adds soul to the song.

The Assassins Creed games are good for this if you're interested in the setting. For all the shit, they always beautifully recreate Cities, and playing the one in Paris it was impressive to just walk around the city and see the different structures, Notre Dam being a highlight.
...
Its a solid 8/10 game that has an idiotic drone-base like every other game, but at least it deserves them more than shitshows like TES/FO.
It's a great game that is overrated by normies and unfairly hated on by Sup Forums contrarians. There isn't a single thing in this world that is "OMG ITS AMAZING LIKE WOWWWW".
Most of the safe areas in Hollow Knight are comfy. I really like the tune they play for them too.

Stop samefagging, brainlet.
Fable 2 was just comfy in general
extorting the shit out of these gypsies was fun too
The best part of this game was drinking with your bros to peaceful music and getting booze facts.
try again subhuman

(You)
Majula, Dark Souls 2.
Lay off the tinfoil, faggot
here's my favorite place in the game
It's not a video game, it's Bilbo's home under the hill from LoTR
I'll always have a soft spot for Hekseville.
Is this Crysis 4?
fucking witcherfags are so far up their own asses they can't fathom that multiple people don't think it's a perfect game
Skyrim heavily modded, using The Shire fan-made expansion
>nu-Sup Forums thinks everything is a shill, even for a 2 year old game
As much as I like City of Tears, that place bugs me. I prefer HK as a kind of Metroid like story of isolation. Seeing ghosts made me a little uneasy.
I think Queen's Garden is my favorite area for aesthetics, with Fungal Wastes being my favorite music. Fuck deepnest so hard though.
the ADD generation folks
>being this contrarian
never change, Sup Forums
look I don't need a million explosions and shit to stay interested in a game, it's just that the witcher 3 beginning is so FUCKING boring
;-;
I'm pretty sure those anons are contesting that its a good game at all, not that it isn't perfect.
>Yeah it's got its problems but its a great game
>Contrarian
Its my first day on Sup Forums and I'm trying to use buzzwords that I don't know the meaning of to fit in: the post.
just stop, this is embarrassing
So many little nooks and crannies. I adore it.
This spot right here at the Crucifixion Forest bonfire in DS3
I would sit here waiting to invade or be invaded, comfy as hell in my little patch of glorious sunlight
I don't even think you were supposed to be able to get up there
Fucking this.

The one thing infinite got right was the absolute comfyness of the first section of the game. If only it was open world and didn't suck shit.
>comfy
it was supposed to be eerie and unnatural feeling.
You wold have picked up on that a lot easier if you were an edgy, cynical hipster like the target audience
The whole first half of Dark Souls is extremely cozy. My favorite though is Lower Burg, something about it is just great.
...
Please buy my game
...
Jamella best girl
Amnesia the Dark Descent is VERY cozy if you remove all the monsters and give yourself infinite matches.
That place always made me depressed. Tyreal's description of it upon your arrival just spoils its splendor for me.
Cloudbank.
Seconded. Fable 2 was comfy as fuck.
Second.
...
>Novigrad
>Not Toussaint
also this whole game even if the game itself sucks
I wish there was a good game with this atmosphere...
Any Lucasarts adventure could be pretty comfy.
Every single part of this game was comfy desu senpai
Harrogath way more comfy, you kidding me?

REE REE OO-EE

Any area in Fable 2 is comfy and better than reality
youtube.com
>implying you can top this
Might as well just close the thread
Most of this game.

>I NEED HUGE COCK ASAP
Good ol' pornshire
Regardless of Sup Forums's opinion on DS2, Majula was comfy af

Sometimes i like to go to one of the islandy spots off the southeast coast in gta online and just watch the waves.
Safe Rooms in RE3
>tfw you hesitate when you need to exit.
The ones from REmake were also great
Etrian Odyssey always has nice towns.
the lakes in D/P were top comfy, I used to leave my DS on and let the lakefront theme play while I read books in my broom closet of a room. Life was so different back then.
I'm imaging the remove kebab song is playing
When I smoke a joint I sometimes sit on CJ's porch in San Andreas
Best atmosphere in the entire game
youtu.be
Where are the fucking games about just making peaceful beautiful areas. Intertwining your society or town or whatever else with nature and helping both grow.
>Novigrad
>Peaceful
There's fucking pyres right there for burning mages and people constantly screaming about it.
Anno games come to mind.
...
Hours spent listening to music, dancing and practicing moves.
The town in Threads of Fate (and other places as well) feels extremely comfy. Part of reason is the music youtube.com
Ugh. The Dig. I can already hear that ominous music. Everything about that world was comfy. Haunting, but comfy
fuck the whole OST was so soothing. the twangy western style guitars and the pianos. sinnoh gets shat on so much but it really is one of the better regions
There's something strangely calming about it even though it should be really eerie.
It might be a bit weird but I've often gone to sleep to either the Longplay of it or the audiobook with the soundtrack playing quietly in the background. The guy who reads has a really calming voice too.
This is the map I boot up in GMod singleplayer the most. The ambient music of each room never gets old.
In LEGO Lord of the Rings, you can actually chill in Westfarthing.
Lotro is great for hanging out in these comfy type places. The people are pretty chill and friendly too.
