OP here, this is the unannounced project. Its not going to be as large as F4 think of it akin to Wolfenstein The Old Blood to New Order. I think its around 60% the size of F4 and will be cheaper..

Why are people so fucking retarded nowadays? John Gonzalez, the lead creative designer and lead writer, left Obsidian like six years ago. He was an instrumental part of why the game turned out so well, in addition to Avellone who is also no longer there. It doesn't matter is Sawyer is directing - New Vegas 2 wouldn't be anywhere near as good as new Vegas without writers that have a deep familiarity with the world/history/lore of Fallout, which peole like Gonzalez and Avellone clearly are. Asking for it is the true mistake here.
