Another one is coming, maybe not soon but it's on the way, what time period should the next one be set in?

20s

The real question we should all be asking is: who would win in a fight?

It's gonna flop again. This game isn't good and it's only being remastered because faggots are into visual novels like never before.

someone post the fanart

ERIOIOIRE has 2 dead bodies behind him and 2 scenes of crime showing his powers, plus he's bulky AF and got the double rockstar logo and the delegates.

Buddy cop hijinks in the 80s would be good

...

1942 occupied France, you're a Gestapo agent uncovering the mystery of the stolen Madonna with the big boobies.

>implying he would survive against LAMAL's 2 hangunds

JFK'S MURDER

...

working for the CIA in the late 60s

heyyy

hold it right there partner

>Retains jazzy, vintage spirit of previous game
>Adds metric fuckton of distinctive culture and vibrant aesthetics
>Foot chases through Mardi Gras
>Driving through shady inner cities and dank, lonesome backroads in the dead of night
>Busting into criminal swamp shacks
>Mandatory, overarching voodoo plot
How the fuck is everybody not on the same page, here?

It's called L.A. Noire for a reason

>what time period should the next one be set in?
reminder that noir that doesn't take place on the mid 30s - mid 50s range or is not urban are cancer
>hurr durr bladerunner sole example

...

LAMAL doesn't stand a chance. The other guy has bullet proof bulk and also brought back-up.

...

1980s, so Rockstar can skip Vice City in GTAIVs engine and work on a London 1970.

Who the fuck told you that the sequel had to be LA? It could be New York Noire, or anything. Hell, they'd be shooting themselves in the foot to box the series in that way.

Beautiful

>dex vs str

20s noir isn't bad though

Mirror one half of Ted's face

LAMAL is all about that DEX. He's faster, so he's sure to win against ERIOIOIRE brawler trash.

>on the way
how do you even know? whore of the orient was canned

80s miami

Miami Noire

underated

>Give me the delegates, Lamal!

LA Noire was one of my favorite games of all time, I played it more than a few times despite low replay value. I loved being a cop in the 40's, so as long as they get a decent time period, I'm happy to see them do anything. Just gib game.

kek

Yeah, it sure was cool when that entire murder desk ended up being one big sham the whole time.

Fuck off.

Just so you know, you're a fucking idiot. Games are an interactive medium an LA Norie has roughly 30+ hours of content. It's about the ride.

may be where you play an undercover dirty cop/detective while you work for a mafia mob would be pretty nice so instead you`ll be going along and covering up your tracks as an inspector

the same period in a different location

>no game about working as a mafia mole in the police force

Fuck you. I liked the Black Dahlia cases, its rare that fictional crimes aren't entirely obvious in who the perpetrator is. It was nice not to be told who the killer was in the first 10 minutes.

It was a bold move from a mainstream company to try and make a game that wasn't literally pointing guns at things. We've come so far in how games handle combat, but not nearly as much in combat. It was good to have a decently made AAA release that wasn't entirely mowing your way through a small city. Just one.

Not nearly as much as handling dialogue or anything besides combat*

I would like a sequel set like 5-10 years after where you go after roy and the other corrupt fucks that got away with it.

>or you play as Roy

Late 20s-early 30s

>implying Vergin lamal can win against chad erioioire

>dexfags unironically believe this
