He's filing a DMCA take-down and trying to organize an effort to bar Pewdiepie for saying Nigger during a stream.
Is he right? Pewdiepie was at one point the biggest Letsplayer of video games in the world, which I think is relevant to the board.

1. Let's Plays are probably transformative and thus a DMCA might not hold up in court.
2. Sean has gone on record saying that he's given keys to streamers and likes FW being streamed, so to file a DMCA against Felix based on the fact that he's streaming would probably not hold up in court.
3. The fact that he knew about Felix streaming FW for a long time and is only thinking about a DMCA now after political drama means it'll probably be treated as an abuse of a DMCA takedown if it does go to court, and Sean could have to shell out big bux to Felix.

Whether or not LPs and streaming falls under Fair Use has never been properly determined. It's sort of a gray area.
If this actually does go to court, that will help decide once and for all, and considering how much the gaming industry, including these devs by their own admission, gains from LPs and streams in terms of free marketing, I'd assume it will go in the favor of LPs being allowed.
