there's a ton of secret little things like this. if you play the horse song when next to a cow you get milk and it talks to you. song of storms in the gerudo fortress opens up a secret hole. you can take off the fishing owner's hat and expose his baldness which makes him mad. I miss things like this in video games

She has dialogue text about the Sapphire if you do this.

I think I would enjoy this game more if I had some context for how this game

Why does no other game seem to fill me with the joy of discovery as OoT? I know how strange that must sound, because a lot of people think this game is so empty. But I remember spending hours and hours reading secret FAQs and glitch guides. The game just seems to have an endless amount of ways to exploit the system and it always seems like there's another secret I didn't know (for instance, did you know the birds in lon lon ranch at night, keep growing bigger and bigger as you attack them, like the skeletons in hyrule field)?

The world is big enough to feel large, but small enough where you can memorize every nook and cranny. No game world felt like home so much as this.

Majora's Mask Link has the same idle animation as Adult Link has in Oot instead of his old OoT child animations

The majority of the comedy in that game is contained in Easter eggs that the average player doesn't even see.
It makes some people think it's "lol random" humor when it actually has a clear point of view.

Maybe a reach, but there's also stuff like the carpenter boss and his son that you talk to at night. Pretty neat dichotomy there.

The carpenters are completely and totally gay btw. Like, clearly established as such, in-game, in very subtle ways because it's a fantasy game for all ages.
