If you buy Morrowind upgrade is it a full game or is just DLC for your standard ESO?

It is dlc for eso. If you buy it, any new characters will start in Vvardenfell

Thanks. How long does it take to beat?

No idea. I'm only just getting back into it after I never got into it the first time I played.

Is it good? So you can still go to the original areas right?

I'm having fun with it. You can go to the original areas still, and I think there is a way to trigger the original start of the main quest in your faction's starting area

Its just the expansion.
I recommend grabbing the gold edition of the base game if you can find it anywhere for cheap too. The DLC is gucci.

>it
It changes the main quest or just erases it?, only the 1st level right? I gotta tell my brother this cause he didn't play main quest yet, not even the 1st one.

First parts typo, sry about that. On tablet
Does Morrowind gold come with all the DLC of the original game?

I'm still reluctant to get this game. It looks mildly fun but I've been waiting for an mmo that has more interesting gameplay mechanics. It looks a bit archaic, like elder scrolls with old mmo mechanics. Is the pay shop unobtrusive?

Before the Morrowind expansion, there was an intro tutorial quest that would afterwards drop you off in one of three areas, depending on your characters faction. Now, you start in Vvardenfell, which has it's own, seperate main quest. Once you find your first fast travel wayshrine, you can go to the area you would have started in and there will be a way to start the normal main quest.

>Does Morrowind gold come with all the DLC of the original game?
Its just the base game without Morrowind, but the gold edition includes 4 of the DLCs that came out which are basically "mini" expansions.
You would still have to buy Morrowind separately.

>Is the pay shop unobtrusive?
Yeah kinda.
Most of the stuff you can buy is just dumb cosmetic shit like mounts and costumes, and occasionally they just give out free crates that give cash shop cosmetics like they're doing this weekend.

How single player friendly is this shit? I don't know what it is, but since i hit my mid 20s I've become even more autistic and I would like to avoid doing any group content if possible. I know that's retarded for MMOs, but I figured I'd ask.

What about carry weight increase stuff, or having to buy mounts? They don't artificially make it a pain if you don't pay?

You get a crafting bag if you pay for a sub which is just for crafting materials, but its not really useful enough to bother paying monthly when you can just put that all in your bank anyways.
You can still buy a mount with in-game gold for cheap too.

It is how I play MMO, so I can completely relate.

You can do the story content solo of both the base game + DLC. Raids are ehh in this game and most 4-man content is pug-able when you want to gear out when you can just get in, kill shit, get out and pretend these fools are AI. Also PvP is still rather zerg/pick up and play for the world shit, so again, can just hop in and wack shit without saying a word.

Thanks

Oh I see. If you started your character allready you just pick up where you left off right? Gonna get it for my bro and I. I'm still trying to find out how long it is, guy said 35 hours on a forum.

I've seen a number of people say around 30 hours

not too long not too short, 100+ hours would be too much for DLC

So why would they offer a version of Morrowind that's 15 bucks more separately, if you can just buy Morrowind and get all the games content? Not understanding

Just don't play on EU since its absolutely dead.
A shame.

Morrowind doesn't include all of the game content.
You still have to buy the base game. ESO gold edition doesn't include Morrowind either.

but ESO gold addition comes with Orsimer and all the other DLC?

This game is shit I was at my friends watching him play and all he did was walk around. It was utter trash tier mmo.

It comes with Orsinium, Dark Brohood, Thieves Guild, and Imperial City.
There are two newer ones that the gold edition doesn't include, Horns of the Reach and whatever the argonian one is called, but they just add a few dungeons and no real quest content and aren't really worth picking up imo.

but if i just buy the base game and then a membership in the store or w/e I get to play all the DLC while I have the membership?

Thanks for all these answers

Everything except for Morrowind, yeah.
