ITT: those we couldn't save

Never ever.

Doesn't she have a happy ending and even turn good if you romance her though

She still gets assassinated, she just dies in your arms in that one

They gave us her waifu-like daughter, but it was not the same.

Her alignment changes to neutral rather than good, but from memory she is implied to be a good person in her ending after

The issue I have with that romance is that traditionally good characters will almost definitely fuck up the romance because she is a complete bitch 90% of the time and constantly does shit that good characters would call out, and then she gets mad if you do, so you have to be incredibly tolerant of her bullshit and then randomly act like a lawful good character halfway through while your presumably good party constantly get mad at her or in Keldorn's case try to kill her

>not dicking her to neutral through the power of big muscly orcblooded demigod.

...

Why do people care about this character?

You meet him in like the last 15 minutes of the game and have no time to get attached to him

It makes sense with horc fighter-type 'good guy' who cares about the pathetic humies, yougots shit to go kill.

This. AMON A SHIT. Shrandra a best.

This bullshit made me write off the main campaign so hard

...

contrast

>starts off as a whining flying elf
>help her get over it
>by ToB she gains a lot of confidence and later your child
>ending has you having a peaceful life together and your children having an even grander adventure then your own
>also goes with her own usefulness growth as she goes from shit tier to OP tier when you get the right spell combos

I liked the romances in BG2, they were very gradual and just happened as you did the adventure over dozens of hours

Much better than grinding points in the designated party member interaction area you see all the time now

It was pretty ballsy and I give them credit they stuck to their guns and she was stone cold dead, not even a ghost or spirit or anything to give closure. Bitch was fucking dead. My bigger problem is that Ammon Jero just becomes your pal afterwards and you can't shank the cocksucker for all the shit he's done. Of all the characters to show up to help you in MOTB it shouldn't have been him at all.

from what I can remember, the events happen by the number of steps you take

...

Let me explain. I was doing a cleric run of Skyrim where I would have two companions do all the killing for me while I healed them. I randomly chose two Whiterun NPCs to be my followers. I ended up choosing this guy (Farengar) and (I think) Uthgerd. The twist here was I decided to make this permadeath, so if I or one of my followers died they were gone forever.

I manage to get all the way to Sovngarde at the end of the game. Fighting Alduin, and he's close to death. My mistake here was I was ignoring Farengar, and focusing on buffing Uthgerd, since she was tanking all the hits.

I finally kill Alduin, and I decide to dump some of my stuff on Farengar. I turn around, and there he is, dead.

This seems kinda silly typing it out now, but when I was playing it was emotional as fuck to have my strongest companion die right at the end, mere seconds away from victory.

RIP

never post this again

This mod is actually amazing btw

If you romance her and cheat on her she literally dies of heartbreak

He's literally the first character you meet.

>not posting best grill
The only one who cares about YOU, and not just about how you make HERSELF feel. I want to ass sweaty sexy ass sex with my magic missiles on her butt.

>fanfic

>Download Imoen romance mod

>find out the creator was sent to a mental institution for bipolar disorder and left it partially unfinished.

Not really though, Flower acts completely different and has a completely different personality. Even if he somehow was the same I don't think anyone would be upset if Flowey got fucked up without turning into a child at the end.

>D&D fags

>cute trap dies for absolutely no reason
wow, thanks game.

>find out the mod currently available one is a fixed version with the cringy parts removed and is actually pretty solid

Even without the mod, her character is very endearing. Playing from BG1 to TOB with her is really comfy.

It was quite surprising.

Sinclair deserved better.

Everyone involved in Bio2 deserved to die

Flowey was just a vengeful spirit , which you can exercise only by completing the Pacifist route. Flowey is a representation of players who only are completionists and only play games to see every ending. Why do think the first thing he does is cry and apologize? He knows he fucked up.

I disagree. Assuming you take the time to do the relevant quests, Ammon's character does a pretty big U-turn, and it's all thanks to you and Shandra. I always thought of it as part of her sacrifice, saving a grandfather she didn't even know she had. She truly was a hero.

And with that being done, the only one left with any sort of connection with Ammon is you. Of course he'd come to your aid.

It just pisses me off he didn't drag Khelgar, Sand, and Neeshka with him. God DAMN NWN2 had a shit plot, but some nice characters. Now I'm all nostalgic.

He was a cunning warrior. And a good friend!

Why are foreigners still caring about this attention-hungry psychopath?
