hover is your best friend, you can really catch people off guard with cadc+hover mixups in field phase
in duel phase it's about learning when to stay away and when to rush hard and changing on the fly

Demo doesn't play any differently from the real game, I'd assume. The main change is the representation. Maybe none of the characters in the demo appealed to you.
