As people have said, there really isn't a precedent for what "realistic armor" would be for women because women haven't had significant roles in combat. So really any vaguely reasonable female armor design could be considered realistic.

Actually, the vast majority of the time it is quite relevant. Modern standards have had to be dropped dramatically to allow women in the army, so much so, we've had people that are unironically considered the top of the game complaining that we're going about it all wrong.
Other than fitness which is important because most women will never, ever, be able to carry a man out of a combat situation. Its not a meme either we have women serving in roles that can't properly fulfill for the sake of political correctness, they literally can not carry the weight. You have to remember that women also have many different problems, especially with their thighs, infact, time spent marching, patrolling and other menials things for prolonged periods causes causes damage to their bones.
