I only watched it for Monster Hunter.
all trash
So have there been ANY good announcements besdies the ones in the OP, ZoE remake and new EDFs?
No.
Monster Hunter got a release date set for January.
ok
Gal Gun 2
youtube.com
This was the Gal Gun2 booth.
>Sony fanboys defended their godawful E3 sowing because they were "holding back" for TGS
>It's just as pitiful
>ZoE remake
Fuck I forgot about that. Yeah the ZoE remake looks awesome.
b-b-but SONY SAVE IT FOR PSX!!!!
>PSX is going to be another recap of E3 plus third parties and some woman screaming "PLAYSTATION NATION" again
>we still barely even know what genre 13 Sentinels is
They made the mistake of announcing it far too early.
Is there a release date?
It's a text-based adventure game with strategic tactical-RPG combat. Kamitani explained it in the Famitsu interview.
It will play like like Devil Survivor, but with robots instead of demons.
2018 for Japan. Confirmed for a Western release date as well, but officially that's still TBA.
Oh really? So what was the shoot 'em up looking thing in the trailer? Loading screen minigame?
Was there no Switch news at all?
Vanillaware can't make anything but side-scrolling action games.
>TGS over
So this means no Dragons Dogma 2 or DMC5 right?
Their traditional JRPG in an SRPG's clothing was good. Their weird console RTS, not so much.
REmake 2 never got shown did it?
>Lyn, Caeda, Tiki for FE:Warriors and the DLC fighters are all through fan demand
>more Odyssey
>more Blade reveals for XC2
>Gal Metal
>SMT Switch reveal trailer for the trailer next month
>46 other games on display
what game is this?
I thought they only made Muramasa, Odin Sphere and Dragon's Crown...?
Atelier is coming to the Switch.
Unfortunaly, it's still the mystery trilogy so it will likely be bad
And Grim Grimoire and Grand Knights History, and Princes Crown.
Grand Knights History for the PSP. Japan-only sadly (Though a decent fan translation exists. The online is NEVER EVER, though), but the director made a spiritual successor, Grand Kingdom, for the PS4/Vita after he left Vanillaware. It's good and quite cheap now, so you should give it a try.
GrimGrimore is their weird console RTS that was a result of George being obsessed with Starcraft at the time. It's not very good, though as with all of their games, it looks and sounds sensational.
I liked GrimGrimoire
Probably just an attack animation?
Source user? Gotta see some proof...
They didn't show any new Blades for XC2.

>Kamitani states that one of the design concepts is “manga girl + large heavy robot.” He says that it has taken some time to develop, but that when it will be complete, it will surely be a quirky title. The game is divided between adventure portions where the player navigates and investigates the unknown, and strategy combat portions. This has proven to be a challenge to develop.
>The development of the game is currently 65% complete.
Monster Hunter's release date was announced, probably GOTY next year for me.
Also Code vein got a lot of great info and is looking good. Though I don't know if that was TGS related.
Wasn't this revealed during TGS?
twitter.com
Oh, thanks!
I remember seeing trailers and some threads over Grand Kingdom when it release and I thought it was interesting, will definetly play it!
TGS featured a lot of Code Vein stuff but the game itself was announced a while ago.
In the same way that I masturbated to cute Treehouse girls during E3. They happened at the same time, but it wasn't part of the event.
Thanks user. Thank God summer is over.
The most interesting thing was the monster hunter release date, kinda sad overall.
I love ZoE but fuck off with a re-re-remake from Konami, make an actual new game with one of your dozen great IPs.
...
God bless these people and their love of fun things
Mobile, mobile and mobile
NO APE ESCAPE 4
What was shown/talked about at the Octopath Traveler stage?
Did they just go through the demo or did we get anything more?
Gal Gun 2 is just a port of the VR one.
im@s Stella Stage
to be fair, Left Alive would have done a lot for sony's E3 I feel
>left alive isn't a mech game
It's multiplat anyway.
It's dead user. Let it go.

>Implying EDF isn't the best news and best news network.
>Surely TGS will be better than that pile of shit E3
>it's not, and everything was so underwhelming I needed threads like these to remind me the thing even happened
Are we just in that weird spot where everybody is in the middle of the early stages of developing something so they have nothing to show off and next year might be good?
Nintendo gave us quite a few good stuff. They even shadow dropped a couple of great demos at the end of their latest direct.
And in two months we'll have both Mario Odyssey and Xenoblade 2.
Sure, but Nintendo's been pretty much on fire since E3 '16. You kinda gotta evaluate them independently.
Gal Metal seemed cool, but the demo was pretty limited.
It was awesome, man.
Sony gave 2017 to Nintendo because new console hype is hard to beat, but will dominate 2018 with a iron fist and will remind everyone where Greatness awaits.
Cute eyebrows.
worst TGS ever
No Granblue Fantasy Re link, no tales anouncemente for the switch, totally shit TGS
and nintendo won because they showed a logo
WAHOO
Supposedly 2018 will have Pokemon. Metroid Prime. Kirby. Alongside potential hits like Octopath and what have you. Likely Pikmin 4 too.
Nintendo are pretty set for 2018. Even with just the currently announced games.
Not to mention that they're getting the more anticipated version of Dragon Quest Builders 2 and other multiplats.
I have a feeling they'll show a Smash logo and nothing more, as well as maybe an Animal Crossing teaser.
>text based
what the fuck is this 1977
V GOOD POINT
Looking forward to Bullet Girls
Sony has TLOU 2, SOTC Remake, FF7R, Spidey, and GOW4 for 2018. That's a killer lineup.
Pokemon and Metroid can't outhype those games by themselves.
And Metal Gear Survive looks decent
Replace FF7R with Kingdom Hearts 3 and you'll be right.
Gundam Battle Operation 2
>Company #1 shows shit
>"company #1 sucks, shame"
>"but company #2 also showed shit, you're wrong"
Sonybros are probably the worst cancer in gaming.
>The game is divided between adventure portions where the player navigates and investigates the unknown, and strategy combat portions. This has proven to be a challenge to develop.
Jesus how incompetent are these guys
Are people even excited about the SotC Remake?
If anything it looks like it's both quite an unnecessary remake. In addition to being a somewhat controversial one where fans are very displeased with plenty of the changes. Kind of like the case of the recent Mario & Luigi remake.
>FF7R
You mean FF7R P.1 The Episodic Boogaloo?
>GOW4
And God of War, The Last of Us edition?
I really, really hope they don't fuck up Spider-Man though. It's a real shame they keep a hold of the guy who made Spider-Man 2 good.
And I don't even mind a more Arkham styled Spider-Man, but the extremely excessive use of quick time events in the demonstration leaves me extremely worried.
