Pick one
Deadra
Hircine
I've always loved Hermaeus Mora, even before we got to know him better in the Skyrim DLC.
Nocturnal if I can fuck those titties in oblivion
Peryite always interested me, but it seems they don't know what the fuck his purpose is supposed to be
His domain is plagues and order, but Jyggalagg's domain is order? how does that work
Nyggalag all day
>no khajit daedra
HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
furfags btfo
How I get into TES lore? Do I have to play since the first game? Is there too much stuff that isn't in the games?
Azura, the only other acceptable answer is Meridia. The rest of you should be ashamed.
>Pure evil
Molag Bal
Vaermina
>Evil
Mephala
Mehruhes Dragon
>Basically evil
Clavicus Vile
Namira
>Neutral
Boethiah
Sheogorath
Nocturnal
Malacath
Hircine
Sanguine
Hermaeus Mora
Jyggalag
Peryite
>Pretending to be good
Meridian
Azura
We can agree on this can't we?
>Peryite always interested me, but it seems they don't know what the fuck his purpose is supposed to be
Same here. Apparently he did something so horrible so all the other daedras forces him to do busywork keeping the realms from not leaking into each other.
which was he guy with the hunting grounds and shit in Skyrim? He seems pretty neat
Looks about right, I think the only one that could possibly be moved is Peryite. He may be weak, but he's still caused plagues which have killed an untold number of people, possibly even the thrassian plague.
"He is typically listed along with princes such as Mehrunes Dagon and Vaermina as one of the few truly evil Daedric Lords, in the mortal Man and Mer sense of the word."
Hircine
>His domain is plagues and order, but Jyggalagg's domain is order? how does that work
Peryite's "order" is a natural order - circle of life and whatnot
Jyggalagg's "order" is more rigid and bureaucratic.
.
Daedra and their followers need to be purged.
Looking at you Thalmor.
Why wasn't jyggalag in skyrim?
the best one
Every time sheogorath shows up in ESO I want to punch myself in the dick. Just so awfully written.
>The Myriad Realms of Revelry are a congeries of one hundred thousand pocket and sub-realms of Oblivion, created and ruled over by the Daedric Prince of Indulgence, Sanguine. The realms are used mainly as pleasure pockets, refashioned to meet the needs and desires of its visitants.
Who wouldn't want to party with Sanguine?
I think its literally the other way round. Jyggalag is literally the daedra of the concepts of order, and of stasis, whilst Peryite is just a god of keeping things in order for the other Daedra- essentially bureocracy
Oh, so the evilest one then.
could've sworn that Jyggalag was the rigid one. Since plagues and dieases are the kind of thing that most creatures have to deal with and are therefore "natural" I'd associated that with Peryite's idea of "order"
Pretty accurate, though Boethiah is debatable. Really depends on what kind of things you're into.
Overall Azura is probably the safest to worship since as long as you don't slight her she will look out for you as much as a daedra prince will. Meridia and Nocturne are cool as long as you don't mind killing undead/necromancers or stealing. Sanguine is just drinking, partying and sex all day at the cost of enduring pranks.
Speaking of sex, how often have people tried to fuck Daedra? Sure everyone knows about Molag Bal and Vivec, but with shit like Auriel, Mazken and Winged Twilights around it would surprise me if there weren't a lot of horny bastards trying to stick their dick in them.
Jyggalag IS super rigid. He'd literally shut down time in order to keep things ordered and static. Peryite just "keeps" order, sort of like a civil servant.
Hircine, all day every day.
>vivec's personal chim dumpster
You shut your whore mouth.
Not reveling in Wes Johnsons over the top performance.
Do you hate fun?
...
I don't get the Deadric princes and I don't mean that in a cosmic sense.
You have Azura who is about night and day but seemingly night mostly who isn't outright evil or fiendish, But Nocturnal is also about night but also luck and subtrifuge shit while not really a bitch either.
Mephala is all about subtrifuge shit too but so is Boethiah but also seemingly like a warrior which is pretty much Malacath's whole thing, but without being as much of a dick.
Clavicus Vile seems like a trickster and then Sheogorath is just trickster ultra with Sanguine being like trickster lite.
Namira's thing seems to be disease, but Peryite's is especially disease.
You have Molag Bal who's whole thing is being a huge demon prick that enslaves while Marunes Dagon is also a huge demon prick but more about destruction.
Hircine is about nature but Meridia is also kind of about nature in a more heavenly sense.
Hermaeus Mora is about knowledge but Jyggalag is/mostly was a physical representation of Laplace's demon.
Vaermina is pretty clearly dreams and nightmares.
Point is I feel you could easily either
A. Combine them down to about 10 clearly different Deadric princes or
B. Just flat out remove about almost half of them
>Here are the 7 deadly sins with special guests the four horsemen
Instead it is just this mishmash of better versions and lesser combination versions.
If I had to pick one probably Nocturnal because boobs.
Jyggs is my favorite
I love the line of dialogue when you're talking to his librarian and he tells you Jyggalag made him immortal because he would get pissed every time he died and had to bring him back to life or something along those lines.
Azura isn't about night and day.
She is in charge of Dusk and Dawn.
Being in charge of a few hours in the morning and early evening may not sound all that impressive..and it isn't.
Luckily for Azura that is not her charge.
She is responsible for bringing about the dusk of one kalpa and the dawn of the next.
She has had a hand in just about every calamity that has befallen Tamriel.
>Laplace's demon
can you explain this to a retard
I just tried to look it up and didn't get it
Everything is a dream
