DDR clones that are designed for keyboards, I think that's clear enough.
Mashing a billion keys per second isn't fun nor impressive, what makes DDR fun is the dance pad.
Osu is for mouses so at least it has its own thing going instead of being a bad caricature of a proper game.

Playing Osu just makes me wish we got an EBA2 or Ouendan 3

Osu! is shit and so is its elitist fanbase.

In a general sense, though, I love rhythm games. It's quickly become one of my favorite genres over the past few years.

I agree. I too enjoyed beat hazard years ago. I've been playing Rocksmith 2014 and its pretty cool, specially bass.
