But that's three (3) games.
Git gud
Agreed.
How?
oh yeah I forgot they fucked up the 3 games. Besides Crash was a mediocre platform. Just to say the remasters are garbage no update released to fix the awful jumping and physics
...
This was a good remaster. You guys are just garbage
I heard rumours it'd be coming to PC and XBone
I'm guessing they were unfounded
I'd rather play any Neptunia game than Crash remaster.
The ones on PS1 were fine, not great but fine. The remaster are simply an insult to video games
>pic not related
>its actually botw
this but unironically, I hated the changes to the physics - it was borderline broken with that slippery shit, even staying completely still bouncing on a crate you'll gradually slip off; why?
The originals are significantly better, the remake isn't worth it just for time trials and other minor QoL improvements. I'm not even keen on the artstyle shift in the remasters.
>rather play weebshit
Well there's your problem: you fell for the electronic heroine.
you mean heroin? besides I'm not a fan of Neptunia. It's just more fun and more balanced than Bandimeme Remaster
But Neps are heroines aren't they?
Yes I typo'd.
>"good remaster"
>didn't even bother to change the default Unity hitboxes for platforms
>used same jumping physics for all 3 games
It's fucking shit.
How is it disappointing if it was obvious that it would be shit from the start?
to me Neptunia is like a beat em up SNES game
fun but not memorable or anything.
Crash Remaster is like Awesome Possum

>even staying completely still bouncing on a crate you'll gradually slip off; why?
They didn't modify the default Unity hitboxes, so all of the platforms have rounded edges
2.5 millions copies sold
Big disappointment
I can not image how well this goes when Spyro gets his turn to go through the Vicarious visions Machine. I wonder if they'd have gems and vases thrown in it before spyro fly into it. Or better yet, follows sparx into it. Or better yet, malfunctions and we see all the modern incarnations of Spyro until you get his perfected Vicarious vision version.
thankfully Vicarious is busy with some FPS
I don't remember if it's CoD or Destiniy 2. Bluepoint should remake Spyro
I'd enjoy the games a lot more if I didn't have to sit through a 15 second loading screen after every death.
cant handle the dark soul?
>Electronic Gaming Monthly gave the game 6.5 out of 10. Sega-16 gave the game 2 out of 10. Electronic Games gave the game 93% and remarked "There are very few games that can produce this level of headbanging thrills."
What the fuck, Electronic Games.
6.5/10 is 4 points too high.
I bet they didn't play the game for more than 2 minutes OR they received gifts
Crash was never good.
I would say Botw but Zelda is a shitty series to begin with so I'm not surprised it ended up being a mediocre open world game with waifu and husbando pabdeting up the ass.

weak bait, no (You) for you.
God no. I actually liked the Crash remakes.
Now that's actually my most disappointing game of the year in part because I do like the series but it missed so much of what I like about it, and that's including Zelda 1's sense of exploration. The Great Plateau got that much right but then the game opens up for real and it becomes a tedious slog. Never been so let down by a Zelda in my life.
the great plateau is legitimately the worst region in the game though
Nioh was released this year. By no means it is a bad game, but I'm disappointed everyone forgot about it
It's where I had the most fun. Discovering shrines actually felt like a reward when they gave you a new ability for the Shiekah Slate in each one. Unfortunately, the game frontloads you there and you spend the rest of the game not getting any real fun tools to use. New stuff, sure, but nothing as exciting as seeing those new abilities on the Great Plateau for the first time. Don't get me wrong, cryonis, magnesis and stasis are cool abilities but do we really expect those 3 abilities to carry the brunt of the problem solving in the game? Once I got off the plateau my interest in the game steadily waned until I just couldn't be arsed to play anymore.
That's not MvCI
>Discovering shrines
>in the great plateau
you're quite literally told where they are in there, what the fuck are you talking about? Also, the runes are absolutely versatile enough for differeny types of puzzles, between them and the various weapon types the game covers almost all the dungeon items of past zeldas.
I would say Mass Effect Andromeda but that would assume a.) anyone here was actually expecting anything out of it and b.) we all don't have more fun laughing at Bioware's incompetence than we do playing their games.
I was about to write this.
I'm not sure how it took off like it did. I didn't play the Crash games in the 90s, they were always "eventually" games. I played Crash 1 and a bit of Crash 2 shortly before the N.Sane Trilogy came out and the fucked up physics pissed me off. I managed to 100% the PS4 version of Crash 1 as well, but it wasn't as fun as the PSX version (though the new save system is really nice, and not being forced to re-do most levels if you die and want a gym). I haven't managed to make it through Crash 2's PS4 version yet though, I'm debating on just going back to the PSX version.
After playing it, I was surprised when some friends of mine who've been Crash fans for 20 years loved them.
They're versatile but I dunno, for me it wasn't enough to maintain my interest. After about the 20th shrine, 20th enemy stronghold and 20th Korok seed I was kinda over it. Eventide Island was a nice change of pace but otherwise the game lost me pretty quick. Every now and then I try to give it another go but I can't play longer than 2 hours before putting it down again and that's once every few weeks on average. BotW just did not grip me whatsoever. I wish it did but it didn't.
>only had 20 shrines and korok seeds by the time you did eventide

Eventide's one of the very first places I discovered on accident. Had done less than 10 shrines by then.
I really, really doubt that
You can doubt me if you want.
This has just been a bad year in general, every year seems to get worse than the last.
What will 2018 bring? Full blown micro transactions in most games? Two season passes? More games basically being early access games?
Nope, that's the 'free' Kirby game on 3DS
