You don't get to pretend this is a good game in a world where Spyro the Dragon and banjo Kazooie exist

SM64 is the best game ever made. People who disagree are entitled to be objectively incorrect, however.

So only 2 good games can exist?

I came here to post the exact same thing
Spyro is for babies and can be played blind. Banjo and Kazooie is repetitive and boring

platformers are for babies

I bought the DS version and played it on the Wii U game pad and it's horrible. How could people unironically consider this game good? Fucking nostalgia fags.

All video games are for children. Mario 64 is equally as mature as The Last of Us

>my toy is better than your toy

>tfw no Bowser music this good ever again

Mario 64 kind of lost its luster towards the end. Wet Dry World and Tick Tock Clock were boring as fuck. The lack of bosses really hurt

both of those games are objectively worse and spyro is especially bad

i dont think you understand what makes super mario 64 good, it's not LE EPIC ADVENTURE PLATFORMING COLLECTING SHIT LMAO
but it's its controls and acrobatics with high skillcap coupled with excellent level design

>It's OK when OP does it!

youtube.com/watch?v=rnC1jOqpSlg

Holy fuck, what was your mother on when she was pregnant with you?

Tick Tock Clock is the best level in the game, though.

It's cool platforming challenges with lots of moving objects but without all the waiting around in platforms that you get in Rainbow Ride.

Spyro is like Crash, some people just didn't know better existed because they got a PS instead

Spyro is incredibly overrated

The controls are really fun and satisfying in SM64 but most of the levels are really uninteresting.

Go back to plebbit you casual retard

M64 is an objectively bad game.

Any entertainment media that's the first of it's kind is exempt from criticism due to the genre and established conventions not even existing.

You can't criticise Mario 64 just like you can't criticise Lord of the Rings for developing fantasy tropes.

And you were an objectively bad birth.

It isn't. It is a pleasure to play because
>the controls are tight and precise as hell.
>the characters are incredibly charming, even the villains. all NPCs have their own quirks and feel unique. it kind of feels like a saturday morning cartoon, which isn't a bad thing.
>the humor is good and never feels too childish. it ranges from slapstick to sarcasm.
>it has actual lore. every world you visit has their own back story and you help the NPCs with their problems similar like in RPGs.
>it satisfies collectionists. collecting all gems and eggs/statues/orbs is very fun and all games have secrets.
>it is open world, but even more than Mario because you don't get kicked out of the world every time you collect something.
>really amazing music
>really amazing graphics (especially the skybox which is almost art)
>a lot of variety: different movements, mini-games, locations, different characters etc... you can race thiefs, you can fly, you can drive a tank or a UFO or play as sparx or swim... no level feels like another level
>cozy as fuck
You can't overrate Spyro. The first 3 games are fucking god tier.

>pretend
Super Mario 64 is a better game than both of those games, but SM64 is also one thing that most games and the other games you listed could never be, it's historically significant.

I like all of those games.

>including all Bowser fights, SM64 only had six boss fights

>Liking video games
You sick fuck.
