The pc market has negative growth and is the smallest gaming market (mobile is first and console second, both also have positive growth). They see a dying market and no reason to bother now when they didn't even bother in the good times.

It's less censored actually. The images are completely uncensored. They just added more fogs to the mini-game. Atlus butchered 80% of the lolis.

Less censored? The screen is filled with steam in the punishment minigame and the audio is completely removed from it. We're talking about a company that entirely removed a minigame from Mugen Souls Z as well as censored a bunch of cards in Monster Monpiece. Atlus is terribly anti-consumer, but NISA is way worse in the censorship department.
