I work at walmart, it's great. The job is straight forward, easy, and I like helping customers. Maybe someday I'll try for a department manager position and add on a little management game to it all. I've read Walmart is raising the salary of department managers soon.

C# and Swift developer, easy money and don't need to socialize with plebs that much. I got no family to support so I can buy whatever I want all the time. Life is pretty great!
But learning a language and coding isn't easy.
I work at an easy call center for a bank.
I just brouse Sup Forums all day while listning to old people tell me about there travel plans and get an impressive wage from it.
Its fun telling people I work for a bank tho, most people seemed to be impressed or surprised I could land such a job.
Gunsmith.
Disdain for COD plebs all day erryday.
is math related to science ?
i work from home supervising and talking with old ladies about conferences. it's not bad, not much work, and i can play vidya basically whenever if it's dead. played 80 hours of botw so far and got paid for maybe half of it

Programming is pretty overrated, its easier than you think

How do you deal with retarded kids who think they're the shit?
We get free uneployment money here, so no need for a job. I get 1200€ per month.
i beat off 3months off a year
Don't you feel like a leech?
I want to say I envy you, as that's an awesome gig. But having to put up with clueless dolts is why the firearm industry (such as gun shop owners) has a reputation for being assholes.
My parents give me money while I'm at Uni which they're also paying for
I powerwash fences and decks, and stain them as well. the pay is pretty decent, and the coworkers are pretty cool. Life could be a lot worse.
I'm a video game designer. I've preparation for all kind of games, however I ended up in the casual mobile industry. Not a real problem, though, thinking about it, must be a pain developing a game that you'd like to play and then won't be able to fully enjoy it.
Just got fired from Best Buy, talking to my old friend who is the manager at a Gamestop to let me work there until I can find something that doesn't pay shit
Terrible, but only because I live in a small town. Also depends on how many days end up with.
Threaten to leave a bad note for their teacher, or send them up to office if they are really out of control. That or detention if the school has those.
Not really, its normal here.
>literally part of the problem
How do you live with yourself?
I'm a service technician. Looking to move up soon, but money's money
>study IT because money
>hate coding
Advertising creative. Shit's fun and frustrating in equal measure. Also everyone's one step away from a coke habit.
Sepples programming
It is fun
Just graduated at 20...spending my days busing tables at a nearby restaurant and I also work at a coffee shop.
It's not too bad. I can play vidya on slow days at the coffee shop, and it pays the bills of living on my own in the city.
I wanna direct movies though. Already have a short film under my belt, and lots of contacts in the film industry. That's the end game.
The games I make are oriented to a more casual audience than Sup Forums. I like doing games that my mom can play, we are not the same kind of players. Also, Big Data and BUPs are the ones ruining the industry, I have nothing to do with the business model.
why do you hate coding? Its like getting paid for solving puzzles for a living, its awesome.
I tend bar in a college town
I make big decisions in videogame development for a living.
I browse Sup Forums just so I can specifically do the opposite of what you niggers want. The company I work for has been rather successful.
Yeah, it's really easy to get jaded.
Everytime I meet someone new and tell them what I do for a living, they always *always* ask me "lol, can u make a gun full auto". Drives me crazy.
>civil engineer
>Texas
I like to bike and drive. Comfy job when I'm not playing vidya
not him, but having just graduated from a game related program, you are desperate for any opportunity to exercise your skills and remain in the field.
If I was given the opportunity to work at a mobile game company right now, I would. Not every game made has to be a classic, if I was involved in that world I would definitely take a more business like approach to development rather than a passionate one.
I'm a web developer.
I finish my tasks pretty quickly, and spend the rest of my time on Sup Forums shitposting. Then I go to the gym, come back, and then shitpost on Sup Forums some more.
Then I masturbate to some anime, and fall asleep.
Well can you?
What specific decision have you made?
I work online as an "internet analyst" at home. I get to browse boards and watch shows while I work. It's pretty great, but incredibly stressful how we're graded constantly.

Loan Underwriter for a credit union. It's pretty chill most of the time, so I get to surf a lot of Sup Forums and facebook.
I make an ok living. Enough to rent a small 1 bedroom apt by myself (i have a small doggo to keep me company), eat out, and buy vidya.
Sounds super interesting. What directors are you taking inspiration from?
Yeah, but I won't because I don't want my dog to get shot and spend 15 years in prison.
Forklift driver, my hours are getting cut really bad this season and I think I'll have to find another job because I only have enough saved for three months of rent, two if I don't starve myself.
I work for EA. Sometimes we look into buying up devs that are popular with core gamers but still operating low enough to be bought. I pushed for that a lot and it helped move our income.
Confirmed to work for either Ninja Theory or the Chinese Room
I work in a company that makes art for video games.
I spend most of my money on street racing anyway.
Ever feel bad?
I'm a wedding photographer and have my own business.
I don't buy much vidya anymore. This year i bought KOF XIV, SFV and Overwatch, all for PC, and just to play online.
cashier at a supermarket. horrible job, but there are some fun moments, like when i have to explain basic mathematics to a guy who pulled into the parking lot in a $100,000 mercedes benz.
Currently I'm at home working as a substitute organist for churches as I practice. In general, organists play for church and can make pretty good money. I'm doing it for spiritual reasons though so I don't really care about denomination.
Im a software developer and i also make some money on the side trading TF2 stuff
It sure sucks being one of those brainlets working at mcdonalds
Civilian end of law enforcement. I handle data from online child sex abuse investigations.
Shit isn't comfy but it pays okay for government work so I put up with it.
Who was the most disgusting bride and groom?
i work at little ceasars
>tfw dumb mexican manlet co-worker got fired 2 days ago for showing up to work drunk and arguing with the owner
I deliver pizzas
If you have a dependable car that you don't mind running into the ground, it's a pretty chill job and the pay is pretty good. I work for an expensive local pizza place, so the tips are nice and the delivery area is small and low traffic. On an average night i can make 60-80 bucks just in tips, and if it's busy i can easily make over 100. It's nice getting that cash every night. I recommend it.
I work at an arcade. It's nice, but my coworkers are fucking unbearable.
Hahaha don't act that way.
You'll be safer if you make some for me and my friends. Nobody will tell the police and people certainly won't break your kneecaps.
Hahaha, we're friends. Friends!
jk, I don't envy your job, must be tough.
operations specialist in the navy its pretty nice can spend most of my money on vidya and get away with it

You should try and get a job at a piano bar, at least you'd make tips there

If you're american, you know that rednecks takes the cake and yes, the fat woman and the skinny man is not a stereotype.
Ehh, it's not really my thing, and I don't really care about money as long as I have enough to live. Thanks for the advice though.
>repair cellphones and laptops by day
>teach MMA and BJJ classes by night
>Host LAN parties at the dojo every other weekend
Fun times
I work for a large bank as a programmer/systems engineer/technical advisor.
I don't do shit and get paid a fuckload of money for it. Don't tell my boss
accountant. I make pretty good money but my current employer is not my end game
Luckily for me I stopped giving you the benefit of the doubt after your last post, or else I might be really mad
Who do you get to come to your LAN, user?
I'm in my early 30s and have hosted them most of my life with the same group of friends. Many of them have dropped off due to lost interest/kids/wives etc.
Park Ranger/Forestry, perfect job for an autist. Make a lot of money since I do it in a country where its an in-demand job
I'm a software developer.
Team rep/delivery driver for a catering service for offices in Silicon Valley.
Anywhere from 3-5 hours a day, depending on how much I feel like helping out with that day. Pays well especially with tips and mileage reimbursement.
Plus I get to tell people to go do something if I don't feel like doing it most the time.
Oh and more free food than I can eat.
I think you mean it's not a baseless stereotype
>get paid $440 a month for studying
>get paid $1,4k a month for applying for 2 jobs a week
yummy scandinavian welfare
my boss just promoted me to programmer/systems engineer/technical advisor!
wow I'd hate to have been that guy!
The gobernment still thinks I'm in college so they're sending me free money every month
You actually believe him...
Seriously?
Do you even have to follow up after applying?
Doctor.
The joke's on me, I never have time for vidya
That's actually pretty cool. This might be a dumb question, but don't you have to like live on a base or something? Or do you just live nearby and commute to work like most of us?
I'm a janitor. Easy work because the office building I clean is small.
and with the money you buy fastfood for your youtube reviews?
