Almost all of the CoD games on PC are shit and poorly optimized. CoD hasn't been big on PC since CoD 4 with its mods. CoD is an overall overrated and shit franchise and I am so fucking glad that is finally falling off.

It's genuinely terrible even for a CoD game. I don't know what they did but it feels like a Chinese knockoff of CoD. Normie friends and elitist friends that all play together agree. Almost no one I know who played previous entries plans to get it.

let me introduce you to modern pc gaming. there is no point in shelling out a grand for a gaming pc if you can buy a console for 400 bucks and a laptop for 300 to emulate old games, watching porn, play classic pc games, do your work etc.

I don't think its genuinely bad, I think people are just finally getting sick of the formula, the haven't mixed things up in the basic gameplay since COD 2 in 2005, and people are getting tired of it.
