Started playing Super Mario Run to get Daisy, but how much do I have to 'run' to get her? Remix 10 is fun and all, but the number next to her icon isn't going down. Do I really have to go to Area 30 to get her or something?
And apparently there's a "purchase" option for the "whole game"? What's that supposed to mean?

The game is on sale now for $5. Normally it's $10. Once you buy the game you've got it all. There are no microtransactions. You've got the whole game.
