Care to help me fill it? Mostly to see which videogame villains got better/worse with time.
It can be a villains transition from the beggining of a game until the end, or a villain from a videogame franchise from start to finish

What villain would count as 1, 1?

Even so he's pretty pathetic even by the end of 2. Maybe 2 or 3 at best.

Within the first 30 minutes of Suikoden II he attempts to kill you after killing off your entire brigade. You only escape by jumping off a cliff into a raging river. An hour or two of gameplay later you find him burning down a village, murdering people for enjoyment, once again, your life is in danger, and the only saved by hiding like a bitch.

Fast forward a bit, to your actual confrontation with him, it takes three battalions of your characters(3 parties of 6, plus many random foot soldiers you don't control) just to wound him enough to deal the final blow. Even in the final 1-on-1 duel, he is fully capable of killing you.

This isn't mentioning the several large scale war conflicts where he complete decimates any opposing forces, including your own if you're not careful. Luca Blight is unparalleled.

allright,then he stays there unless someone posts someone who starts as threatning as him and becomes even more in the end. Maybe an evil conqueror who ends up doing that but galaxy wide

do nonspecific minions count as villains in their own rights? If not, then maybe the Pig King will work better then the regular pig. He fits in the same spot pretty much
