Does a single game besides 1-2 Switch use this stupid sensor?

No reason, unless you think hd rumble is impressive. Nintendo can get away with charging ridiculous prices for gimmicks

>This shit is why controllers are so expensive nowadays.
No, its because the companies basically have a monopoly on their controller. Sure third parties like Nyko and Hori except (rip madcatz), but most people are going to buy the official Nintendo/Microsoft/Sony controller nine times out of ten. That allows them to sell them for almost double the manufacturing cost.

Its up to devs go create for it. It took a while until TWEWY to fully utilize the DS's powers and there sre a lot of games with touch screens now. Just give it time you impatient nogginlet.

just like the 3 games that used the wii's speakers?
or the 2 games that used the wii's microphone?
or all those quality kinect games?
or all the genius usage of the PS3's six axis shit?
or all of the companies that jumped on the opportunity to use the wii u tablet for asynchronous multiplayer?

Don't defend this shit

>unless you think hd rumble is impressive
HD rumble is actually good though, makes old rumble feel like shit. That said the IR camera is completely fucking useless

>mic, kinect
Add-ons. The six axis a prototype at best and the tablet was still good even if it wasnt used for one possible functio.

Lets see. Rumble is a gimmick but now its everywhere. Gyro is a gimmick thats perfect for consoles. Touchscreen was great for the ds. Let me guess next youre going to tell me VR is a shit because you dont like it. In due time there will be uses for it.

Gyro needs to be everywhere for FPS/3rd person item aim on controllers. Zelda really ruined me for lots of games where i find myself trying to precision adjust with the controller only to be saddened i dont have it.

I didn't even like it in zelda it feels really off and too slow, but I fucking love it in splatoon. Why are they different?

HD rumble is impressive. Try playing Thumper with it.

i havent played splatoon so i couldnt tell you what makes them different but its probably something to do with the pacing and the fact that in splatoon its more used as an actual aiming style instead of for adjustments. in zelda it didnt feel perfect but the thing is every time i turned it off i would miss not being able to make the small adjustments and turn it back it.

Splatoon had the huge gamepad that was great. I miss it in S2

Golf Story's HD rumble is sick.

Hope they port that Rev remake to Switch so I can shove it up my ass.

Gyro aim is shit, it makes my hands cramp because I have to hold the controller unnaturally perfectly in place the whole time I'm not using it.

Just rest your hand on your knee or an armrest or something

>he hasn't played the ice cube simulator

I'll forgive the ps4 controller leds solely on how great it worked for static.

That game was amazing.

GOTY material

im not paying full price for a tech demo

>Gyro aim is shit
No. It's the best thing ever.

Is that only for 1-2 Switch? I've yet to experience the HD rumble

Loving the gyro. Impressive especially with some of the relics. Let alone the bow.

Just you wait until Senran.
