If I remember correctly, God himself admits at one point in the Bible that his own creation, humanity, was a mistake, so He's not "perfect" in the metaphysical sense (you'd have to define "perfect" first though, which is why Aristotles's postulate is pretty irrelevant since it doesn't define it) but He is perfect in the moral, all-powerful sense.
