Every launch console has duds. The Switch had consoles doing death shrieks and had joycons that wouldn't connect and dead pixels out the ass. Didn't hear anything about that after month one though, because it's usually only an issue with the initial batch

People already figured it out. It's retards not plugging the figure 8 power cord all the way in. It snaps in and you can easily miss that feeling and still think you plugged it in correctly. But sure, go ahead and have your RROD celebration.

looking at ebay, it doesnt really seem like you will make much of a profit off from it.
at a quick glance, i saw some were listed at $700 to even $900 but i highly doubt those are gonna get moved at all.
seems like the sweet spot is roughly $150 over retail.
