That's Sega for you.

Hey now, don't forget "Fuckblast: Us Gamers, Amirite" came out earlier this year.

>They'll never release JSRF HD even though some shitty outsourced company could knock it together in minutes

A spiritual successor released, although take anything with “spiritual successor” in a game’s marketing with a grain of salt.

I dont even know how they would make a third game. the fanbase is pretty much split between the arcade style gameplay of the first and the open world style with future. imo i prefer the arcade style, there was some actual challenge and there was no wasting time on wondering where the fuck to go progress.

this hurts more

I have a feeling we will see one real soon. :^)

but the memories live on

post tracks that feel just like JSR

they had both in JSRF. There were score trials, graffiti trials, race trials, all of that. After finding all the graffiti souls in a map, the trial modes would open. If you got a good score on those you'd unlock a new character, one on each map.

i just played for an hour. really bored at first but picks up a lot after tutorial and first mission. is one of those games i cant play too long though. good fun regardless

Is the emulation stil unplayable?

i was talking more about the main story.

the XbOX is getting released with XBOX backwards compatabilty

are you saying the arcade mode was better for a challenge or are you saying that the arcade mode is a better way to tell the story?

the former

then it seems like how JSRF did it would be fine for a sequel. Story in the open world, arcades for fun and more content as a reward. in a hypothetical world where sega isn't run by tards

there has never been a point where sega wasnt run by retards

It's especially fucking stupid of Sega to not make a sequel because both JSR and JSRF took less than a year to produce and were extremely cheap. Why is it that studios prefer spending millions of dollars in the vain hopes of getting so wildly popular that they recoup their losses, rather than spending a modest amount of money on a modest return? Fucking retarded.
