Zelda

I always wondered why Sup Forums never talks about one of the best titles in the series.

I know right, Phantom Hourglass is amazing.

because this game is pure shit

there's almost a daily thread user

It's a good game but it's not even in the Top 10 Zelda's.

Both DS titles will be regarded as the worst in the series. Other than the obvious bullshit cartoon ones.....but no one counts those anyways.

notice how the train is leaning to the left on the track? zelda is heavy

kys yourself

The legend of Ubisoft is the worst game in the series.

How do I into Zelda?

You can't, she's not real.

If you meant the games, start by playing/emulating A Link to the Past and Ocarina of Time.

Choose anyone, you played one, you played them all.

>comfy train travel
>shit
Sorry you have no taste.

>comfy

spirit tracks has the best overworld music in the franchise but otherwise it's garbage

Never heard of it. Breath of the Wild is worth checking out though

doungeons are fun but beeing on the track or going back to the temple in hourglass was medicore and not always enjoyable
would say minish cap is the best but only cause the game boy colour once had this stupid goron dance bulshit I JUST CANT HANDLE else ages and teh other one would be best
sorry for drunk english

best thing about phantom hourglass is the wind fish reveal at the end
honestly though it's a pretty solid game, but the ocean temple gets very old very quickly, as much as I like the concept
haven't played spirit tracks yet, it's in my backlog

Spirit Tracks is legitimately one of my favorite Zeldas, excellent tastes user

>Phantom Hourglass when it's sequel surpasses it by literally every metric
Lmao

Evil trains ruin it. I'd rather avoid normal trains.

l unironically think it's underrated

ost is fantastic, the central dungeon is actually bretty good getting rid of all the problems temple of ocean king had and zelda is funny and useful

it's a solid 7 l'd say, better than skyward sword

never finished it because of the stupid fucking flute part not working in the final boss fight.

>better than skyward sword
Not a big accomplishment.

I tried Phantom Hourglass twice, both times abandoned halfway because it was extremely boring, the only Zelda game I've ever abandoned.

Spirit tracks comes out, even more boring shit, abandon near the start.

Those two were the weakest points of the entire franchise, even garbage like Link's Awakening can keep you more entertained than these two.

I'd have to disagree user. I loved playing Phantom Hourglass, but when I went to play Spirit Tracks, I just found it boring and constrained.

This was my first Zelda game and I loved it. Genuinely engaging.

i've gone out of my way to 100% every zelda and i force myself to get to the ending of every game i purchase because not doing so feels like a waste of money (i know lol). i still dropped spirit tracks, the controls are ass, the puzzles are below average the train is a chore and evil trains are fucking torture. i boot it up every once in a while to see if i could pull through but i don't even remember what i'm supposed to do and those train sections make me want to kill myself

nice music and very charming zelda though

Music and story was great but the gameplay had definite problems.

The flute stopped me as well. No idea how they thought it was acceptable.

Point taken. Train travel was still cool tho.

God the flute parts were so picky, I'd sometimes be stuck for like 10 mins before the game decided I played the song right

>But when I went to play the other, I didn't like it because of some nonspecific buzzwords that don't mean anything
Thanks for the hot take faggot.

Remember this in Phantom Hourglass?

>Remember that shit that just worked on the first try?
Do you have arthritis?

>garbage like Link's Awakening

We talk about Skyward Sword all the time but you faggots don't appreciate it.

I'm a huge Zeldafag and even I didn't like the DS games. Not even the controls, which are way better in ST than PH, but the exploration was such a fucking mess.

For that matter it's time to accept Wind Waker wasn't that great of a game either. It had great art direction, music and story and that's it.

Even without this, it was just a waiting game. Dammit I hated it so much.

Because it's a terrible mess of a game.

3D: MM = BotW > OoT = TP > WW > SS

2D: MC = OoA = ALBW > LA > OoS > ALttP > AoL > LoZ > ST = PH

>ALBW higher than ALttP

ALttP is overrated, it's pretty good at best.

Never Played It: The Post

My one gripe is the phantom trains, especially the ones that home in on you, even reversing direction to get up in your ass.

it only worked if you drew it a specific way with one stroke, and many people did not

>Dark Train
Not this fucker

Probably because of "muh handholding" and the train, but this episode has unironically some of the best puzzles in the series. The coop with Zelda is very well used.

To the very least, it's far superior to Phantom Hourglass.

>only one mention of minish cap
you fuckers have the worst taste, i swear to god

The finale was amazing.
